You need to take isoniazid 150mg, rifampicin 300mg, pyrizanamide 800mg, ethambutol 600mg, Overall treatment depends on whether you are in induction phase, I.e. First 2 months if treatment  or later 4 to 5 months when only rifampicin and isoniazide  are given. Check mg of each drug on the wrapper.

The right number of Forcox tablets and how long to take them depends on why it was prescribed and your test reports, not just your weight.
Next Steps
Please check the exact dose and duration with the doctor who prescribed it, or your local pharmacist if that's not possible.
Health Tips
Don't start or repeat a course on your own without confirming the strength that's meant for you.

First , your diagnosis will be important, whether TB is pulmonary or is it extra pulmonary. Based on that we can be able to determine. More over symptoms and other aspects need to be evaluated. Govt registration is important

Please do not start Forcox on your own. The correct dose and duration depend on the infection, kidney/liver function and the exact tablet strength; weight alone is not enough. Unnecessary antibiotics can cause side effects and resistance. Please share the prescription and diagnosis for a safe plan.
Next Steps
If it was not prescribed, avoid taking further doses until reviewed. You can book a Practo consultation or visit me at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj with the medicine strip.
