You need to take isoniazid 150mg, rifampicin 300mg, pyrizanamide 800mg, ethambutol 600mg,
Overall treatment depends on whether you are in induction phase, I.e. First 2 months if treatment or later 4 to 5 months when only rifampicin and isoniazide are given.

Please do not start Forcox on your own. The correct dose and duration depend on the infection, kidney/liver function and the exact tablet strength; weight alone is not enough. Unnecessary antibiotics can cause side effects and resistance. Please share the prescription and diagnosis for a safe plan.
