Hello Doctor, My mother (Age 47, Weight 70 kg) has been suffering from severe knee and leg pain for 8 months. Recently, her condition has worsened. She has to stand for long hours at our shop, and at night, she experiences severe nerve pulling/spasms in her legs. Her walking balance has completely changed (she walks with a waddling, penguin-like gait). Her recent blood reports show: Vitamin B12: 221 pg/ml (Low) Homocysteine: 22.30 µmol/L (High) TSH: 7.89 µIU/mL (High) Past Treatment: An Ortho diagnosed mild Knee OA andsaying for opration. A Pain specialist prescribed Pregabid CR 75 and Etoshine MR, but no relief. Currently, an MD Physician started her on Tab Thyrox 50 mcg and Tab Becosules Z. My questions: Is her abnormal waddling gait and night-time nerve pulling due to Lumbar Spine nerve compression + B12 Neuropathy, rather than just Knee OA? Should we get an MRI of the LS Spine and Knee joint? Which specialist should we primarily consult now for a non-surgical approach?

Doctor, I have pain/pressure at one point in my head. Today is day 2 of pain location is top left of head and I also feel like vomating today yesterday I had pain at 4 am and today also same. I recently stopped smoking like 2 week ago. I am very worried is it cancer or tumor or hemorrhage.

I am a patient hypothyroidism on 62.5 mcg thyrox I have constipation from last 2-3 years initially it about passing stool in 2 days not that duration has increased to 3 days. Because of constipation I have developed anal fissure,sentinel tag I take adequate fibre vegetables etc and alot of water too still symptoms persist Can I take lactulose 15 ml everyday I am attaching thyroid profile report done on 16 april 2026

Hi Doctors, I am a 27M single. About 5 months ago, my family noticed changes in my nails, and a physician confirmed nail clubbing. I underwent investigations including 2D Echo with Doppler, HRCT chest, ESR, hemogram, T3, T4, TSH, and LFT, and all reports were normal. The doctor mentioned it could be genetic as major causes were ruled out. On reviewing my old photos, my nails appeared normal until around 2016–2017. Mild changes began around 2018, progressed by 2020, and became more prominent by 2023, with further noticeable changes up to now. I also have external hemorrhoids since around 2020, along with mild constipation and a feeling of incomplete bowel emptying, which improves with a high-fiber diet. Could there be any underlying condition linking these issues, or can hemorrhoids/constipation contribute to nail clubbing? Do I need any further evaluation, or can this be considered benign? I am also  also feeling quite depressed due to the cosmetic changes.

I have been having excess sweating since the last one month I know it's summer but I am sweating more than normal from forehead and scalp also sometimes even if I am sitting under a fan I sweat extensively and at night the clothes become wet which doc should I go to ?
