A vitamin D value around 19.6 remains deficient. A low response can result from missed doses, incorrect dosing or timing, limited absorption, obesity, or an untreated thyroid or other medical problem; please confirm the report units and reference ranges. Your thyroid values also need proper physician review rather than self-adjusting supplements.
Next Steps
Please review the thyroid report with a physician and take vitamin D only in the prescribed regimen; repeat the level after the advised interval. If it stays low, assess adherence, calcium, kidney/liver function and possible malabsorption. Share the reports in a Practo consult or visit Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj for a personalised plan.

Hi, As you have uploaded your blood report, according to the report are suffering from hypothyroidism. Are you taking any medication for thyroid? If yes then it's fine. If not then you should take treatment for hypothyroidism first. Hypothyroidism is also associated with Vit D deficiency.
Next Steps
Consult an endocrinologist.
Health Tips
