I have my b12 levels 199 pg/ml with symptoms brain fog, dizziness when I walk outside. I am fine whenever I am inside home. I also have tongue ulcers due to b12 deficiency. But after switching to Nurokind OD my symptoms are getting worst. I am getting anxiety, high heart beats, more dizziness after taking Nurokind OD. So I stopped it and switched back to Methycobol 500 two tablets per day. Please help me regarding this as my symptoms are not improved yet.

My child is 20 months old. Since his birth, I have mostly slept on my left side. My breasts, especially the left one, feel heavy. I also feel pain at one point in the upper left side of my back.
