From 1 week Gas sound coming from 1 day Semi solid stool 1 or 2 times in a day from 1 week Today halwa type stool comes Sometimes Me taking coconut water and chaach Me taken total 2 times darolac sachet earlier From 4 days gas tablet morning 1 tablet Please tell me solve my problem I have attached a stool photo also This problem start after exposure of 5 month Its hiv symptom?

69-year-old female. Travelling to Leh (3,500m altitude) in 2 days. Current medications: Alprex (Alprazolam), Clonifit 0.25mg (Clonazepam), one cholesterol tablet, multivitamin. Planning to take Diamox for altitude sickness prevention. Is this safe? Any risk with two sedatives at high altitude?”

I have pain in feet amd legs. I also feels numbness in feet occasionally. Also. I have noticed red lines veins like in my feet. What can be the reason amd what shall I do ? B12 is 600. HbA1c is 5.4. BP normal. Please guide as after consulting someone i have not yet got relief.

My tsh came 0.54 and free t4 is 1.07 and I had lot problem in fat loss not lose even 1 kg in 20 days despite low calorie diet ans daily 1.5 hrs walk is my thyroid function normal or any evaluation needed

I did esr test 6 months back it was 47,again I did it it cane 46,2 days after again I checked it became 127.My ana blot test is negative, ra ,cpk,hla b27 is negative. My cbc ,wbc is fine ,5 days back haemoglobin was 12.5,after 5 days it became 11.7.Other factors are normal. I suffer from chronic pharyngitis, cervical spondylosis. My iron studies test are iron serum-37,transferrin-9, ferritin-22.This was done 6 months back.What can be the reason? I am having health anxiety.

As I'm mbbs intern ,I went to submit hospital samples to national institute of virology,pune. When I went there , i accidentally entered into the rabies laboratory but the moment I realised it's rabies lab,I came back ,there was biohazard /BSL 3/entry is restricted written on the door, now I'm worried what if I got infected with rabies virus from this incident .

Hi Doctor, as i am a student preparing for competitive exams so sometimes after eating my lunch or dinner i go for a bed rest for15-20min and then come to study. Is digestion affected when we lie on bed or is it same in all case lying, seating and standing?

My tsh was 2.1 in sep while on 20 mcg for a year t3 t4 were in range too but because of some issues at home n stress i missed doses from dec on and off till feb then by march i forgot taking meds because i was rushing every morning now in april i checked it is 6.1 tsh and my GP gave me 100mcg for 3 months Plus my folic acid was 2.66 low and D3 was 17 equally low. My calcium level is 8.77 I have started taking folvite mb as my b12 is 357 in range but not upto mark Uprise D3 once weekly Do i need calcium supplement too? Or food can help with that its borderline.
