Rabies ocd
I got scratches after falling from a bike on a roadside..there were some dogs around the place..I took tt but I am paranoid after seeing the dogs..and thinking for days that should I take anti rabies or not.. because it is possible that their saliva may be there..what should I do?

Take Balanced diet which is mentioned below,
1/3 of food plate should contain bread ( or 4 roti ), pasta, potato and rice.
1/3 of food plate should contain fruits and vegetables.
1/9 of food plate should contain fish, meat, egg, beans and other non dairy sources of protein.
1/9 of food plate should contain milk and dairy foods.
1/9 of food plate should contain food and drink high in fat and/ or sugar.

If the marks are only from the road and no dog or other mammal actually bit, scratched or licked an open wound, rabies transmission is not expected. If a dog did cause even a minor scratch, it is a genuine exposure and should be assessed promptly rather than repeatedly checking it online.
