Hello doctor, I've been using cyanocobalamin based supplements for B12 deficiency but I was told to switch to methylcobalamin by a friend facing same issue, is it advisable to change prescription like that ? If yes what should be the frequency of medicine? As I take cyanocobalmin B12 everyday., Please guide

I was told by a doc to take three doses of rabies vaccine, on day 0 and 3 I took rabivax s brand but at the last dose i took Abhayrab brand, is it okay, does abhayeab has the same effectiveness sinxe it is not approves by who, i am worried ?

I’ve been feeling extremely tired all the time, even after a full night’s sleep. I wake up exhausted, with brain fog and poor focus. I struggle to concentrate on work, reading, or even short videos. My thinking, reasoning, and creativity feel impaired, and my productivity has dropped. I often wake with headaches, occasional bone pain, and have migraines and gas issues. Even small tasks feel overwhelming. My mood has been low and somewhat depressive. Blood tests (done end of August): B12, calcium, thyroid, liver, kidney, HbA1c, hemogram – all normal. Slightly low: Vitamin D 29.29 (ref 30–100), Serum iron 57.7 µg/dL (ref 60–180), WBC 3.6×10³/µL (ref 4–10×10³/µL). What could be causing this, and should I consult a general physician or a specialist (neurologist/endocrinologist/psychiatrist)?

My best friend passed away 2 week ago n ever since I have been having lot of physical symptoms of anxiety- my BP has been staying 150/100.. I feel weird tightness in my chest and deep ache.. Doctor gave me clonazapem, mindzol and some sedative- but still, I am feeling quite bad, both physically and mentally Can you please suggest how much time does it take for physical symptoms to settle down due to anxiety? I have had anaemia because of heavy periods for a long time now, I increase my hb but then again due to heavy bleeding this happens, I've consulted a gynac and she suggested me a medicine and said I've hormonal imbalances. Now, I don't feel like myself, I get a Headache after I travel, I feel my head is getting small in size (only at times), might sound weird but don't know how to explain. I procrastinate also and scroll online, can't focus much on other things. Sitting in front of a laptop or writing an exam for long (let's say 2-3 hours) gives me a little nausea, dark circles (I feel tight skin becomes lose) and also sweat in hands or legs (even if ac is on). Lizolid 600 usage when other drug sensitive basic one is it logical if you have recurrent uti or better to use drug like linezolid as last resort ?
