Hello Doctor, my uric acid level is 11.4 mg/dL. Currently I do not have severe pain, but recently I had heel and foot pain. Should I start medication now, or can I try lifestyle changes first? Please advise. I am planning  pregnancy. Are uric acid medicines safe for me.

My TSH is 11.13 and taking thyronorm 62.5mg is appropriate with the TSH or not. T3T4 are normal. So kindly advice whether the thyronorm dose is appropriate or needs to adjust .

Sir, I am 33 years old and have been having irregular bowel movements for more than 6 months. I pass stool only once every 2–3 days and the quantity is very  small. Sometimes I go to toilet daily but I pass very small amount of stool.I don’t feel fully relieved after passing stool, though the stool is not hard. I feel fullness in my throat as if something stuck in my throat,before /after meal or any time.I don't feel burning sensation in my throat or chest.I don't feel hungry most of the time. I drink warm water every morning and exercise 4–5 days a week. I am not under any medication...I don't have any of other problems.What should I do/take now . please suggest me sir
