Sgpt 86 sgot43 elevated usg report(2025) Male, 23 Hello Doctor, I have mild fatty liver with hepatomegaly on USG Jan 2025, along with IBS, GERD and hiatus hernia. Recently, stools are sometimes beige/light cream/light brown and occasionally float, but are not persistently greasy. No jaundice, severe itching, dark urine, fever or severe abdominal pain. My latest blood test shows raised SGPT/ALT 86 U/L and SGOT/AST 43 U/L, with platelets 159k. I am concerned whether my fatty liver has progressed to Grade 2 and whether the stool changes with raised liver enzymes could indicate bile duct blockage or another liver/biliary problem. Please advise whether I need repeat LFT, bilirubin, ALP/GGT, abdominal USG

Hi Doctor, In the recently conducted vitamin D test ( due to bone and muscle weakness),  the level for my wife is 8.6 ng/ML ( 18.9 ng/ML for myself). We visited a doctor and the doctor suggested 2000 IU vitamin D3 daily for both of us. Just a second opinion. Is this the right dose for my wife , as the level is very low.?. Please advise. Thanks.

If in daily walking or exertion pulse rate increase 130,140 bpm in few minutes get  normal if daily happen does it convert mild tr to moderate tr for 8-9 months this happen

Hello Doctor, I am 27 year male. My health checkup was done on 27 July 2026. Problem: 1. Vitamin D low - 16.66. Vitamin B12 low - 175. From 1 year. 2. HDL cholesterol low - 32.9 3. Direct Bilirubin slightly high - 0.34 4. Small lump on hand since some time. Other reports like Liver, Kidney, Sugar, Thyroid are normal. Please tell: - Need Vitamin D and B12 tablets? What dose? - Is hand lump serious? - Need more test for bilirubin?

My wife has been experiencing severe calf pain almost every night for nearly a year in both legs. Whenever the pain occurs, her calf muscle becomes extremely tight and feels rock hard. What tests would you recommend to help identify the cause?  I would really appreciate your advice. I will get the recommended tests done and then consult a doctor with the results.

I got fever, but loose motion and weakness and leg pain. After having biryani. I consulted dr from practo he suggested me medicine norflox tz, sporlac ds, sompraz d, dolo 650. Bt didnt find relief as soon as i took it got more watery stools not understanding.

Dear sir/madam, I was having symptoms like dizziness, low mood and shortness of breath. I did blood check up. T3,T4 and TSH are 136,12.3 and 3.0 respectively and Haemoglobin is 15. But the vitamin B12 is 180 which is below the minimum count. The doctor has given me multivitamin tablet called M-Fol D3. So is this tabelt effective? Is the B12 count very low and how to increase the counts since i am vegetarian. And also i have started taking "supply 360 Multivitamin sachet" regularly to increase vitamins. Is it safe to have this? Kindly advise on this. Thanks.
