Hi, I have always had a healthy lifestyle and no bad habits .but I have always looked older than my age I don't know why even after having good lifestyle. I do have allergy issues since childhood,and have blocked nose in the  morning non allergic rhinitis every now and then. My skin is not that tight like other people my age always,my cheeks are bit droopy since always.

Any test to check endothoial dysfunction i have chronic stress and anxiety for 7-8 months i have read it cause this problem and plaque formation start develop

Gastro dr advised repeat blood tests liver function, kidney, ptinr etc after 6 months. 5 months have passed but I also need to do sugar thyroid tests now suggested by diabetologist. My question is that : can i give gastro blood tests 1 month early so that all blood tests are done at one time? Or is it advisable to finish 6 months n then do gastro blood test? Basically, if two different specialists ordered their specific blood tests and the different blood tests are 1 month apart, can I do some of the blood tests earlier or later than said by the doctor? Just to avoid getting punctured again after 1 month. Is it okay?

I take 0,3,7,28,36 day vaccine my last dose on 29 december 2025 Then I take two booster dose intradermal 0.1 ml at one site on day 0,3 last dose on 15 January 2026 dog bite me again the gap between last dose of the booster is 23 day only should I need vaccine

I have been having throat irritation and cough urge for around 7 weeks. My chest X-ray and Pulmonary Function Test were normal and a pulmonologist said lungs are clear. Symptoms: - Cough urge during the day, but almost no cough at night or early morning - Feeling of mucus in throat or something is stuck & when i try to clear it then mucus do come in white color or transparent & it comes from throat & nose inside mouth i have no runny nose - Small bumps on the back of the throat (sometimes bigger, sometimes flatter) - Nose usually open but sometimes one side blocks at night - Occasionally thick mucus with cough (mostly clear/white, once or twice yellow) I am currently taking KLM-FX 180 and using Seretide Accuhaler as prescribed. Could this be post-nasal drip or allergic pharyngitis? Do I need an ENT examination or nasal endoscopy? Thank you.

I want to know the three doses of the tetanus vaccine scedule. I took the first dose in September 2025, and 2nd dose on 5 th nov 2025 later I got cut with knife yesterday.can I take 3 rd short of td after 130 days from 2nd dose of td. In this case, will there be any problem? After taking the second dose, can I take the third dose again after four months incesed of 6months ? Will it cause any problem to my body???
