Dear sir Please tell after skin grafting of lower leg ,how much dressing will be needed (kitni dressing hoti hi,kitne dino tak) After how many days I can return in my teaching job.

I got my full body checkup today .. Is this report alright?? Pls advise if any other test is needed or not...

Doctor's, Two months before, i have been bleeding from my belly button.. then there was drain like yellow fluid white fluid kind of. Went to my family doctor, i was given antibiotics, but the drain continued, then i went to another physician, she checked and drained all the pus, and then added another antibiotics after 8 to 10 days only it got settled. I did ct scan inbetween, it said there is a cystic lesion in the umbilical region 3.5*2.4cms, possibly an umbilical abscess. And no urachal remnant or urachal cysts. It did settle.. no pain these days and i accidentally fell and hit my abdomen, the next morning, I noticed bleeding again, i went to physician again, I got it checked. I was told there isn't any issue. May be the healing tissue got disturbed by the fall. Now 4 days later again the draining started today. What should I do next..  Thank you

Before this, I had vitamin D and B12 deficiencies and was going through mental stress, but those issues improved. I'm confused about what is actually causing this persistent problem.

I am 21 years old. I have had a small sentinel skin tag near my anus for about 2–3 years. Since mid-March, I have been experiencing constipation with pain during bowel movements and occasional bright red bleeding. After passing stools, I experienced burning and pain for some time before it settles. Recently, I noticed a very small soft, movable sprout-like bump beside the skin tag. It is painful when touched and I also get sudden sharp, knife-like pain that comes and goes, sometimes even while sitting. My stools are still sometimes hard despite increasing my water intake and improving my diet. Could this be a chronic anal fissure, an external hemorrhoid, or another condition? What treatment would you recommend?

As I had Constipation and external hemorrhoidal symptoms like growing new little sprouts like a bump beside the existing sentinel skin tag, Can I take isabgol for stool softening and anovate cream for external application and how much litres of water I've to intake??

For last 1 day, I am experiencing curd like taste in mouth after eating foods and after occassional burps.Feeling like something is struck in throat.I am able to swallow and no vomiting.I am having cold as well for last 2 days.please advise.

I am taking Telpres ct 40/6.25 for hypertension and Ecosprin 75 I wish to start Magnesium bisglycinate for sleep and general wellness can I start the same and what should the dose Thanks

Respected Dr., From past 4 days my penis is irritated and it doesn't look normal to me. Its always moist. It itches. I have also attached a pic for reference. It also have some small blister type pimple. I am very anxious. Please help me out. What is this and whom should i consult? Thanking you in advance.
