My father aged 60 yrs had underwent CABG in 2021.He has recovered fully,no underlying disease,no sugar and pressure. However,for the past couple of months he experienced dizziness and sudden weakness.Pressure was normal we decided to take him to the hospital.He was there for 24 hrs under observation,reports were all normal.Doctor discharge him immediately saying it was due to gastric issues.Now,he is getting tired easily ..we decided to go for Sugar issue which was 166(fasting) and Triglyceride was 266. After a month,there was the same test done... Sugar is 151 and Triglycerides is 208. He is feeling weak not always but sometimes and can't able to walk that faster. Please what are the possibile steps to be taken. Thank you .

My mother's typhoid report shows positive with 60% and i got this issue every year in March April month due to which she feel fatigue all the time. Kindly suggest some permanent cure for this issue.

About 10 days ago, I was walking in my hostel when a cat that lives around the hostel (essentially a stray) suddenly jumped at my leg. Right after that, I noticed it seemed to be chasing a fly or trying to catch something with its paws. I immediately checked my leg for any scratch marks but didn't see any. I am certain that I was not bitten. I also washed the area with soap. There were no clearly visible scratches. I am afraid that there might have been a small scratch and I missed it or something like that. The cat did not appear aggressive either. However, I have been feeling unwell lately and I keep worrying that this might be the initial symptom of rabies. About 12 years ago, I completed the full course of rabies vaccination after a dog bite. Still, I'm now unsure whether I am just being paranoid or if I made a mistake by not going to a doctor.

I had recently done Vitamin d test to check vitamin d levels in my body. I had done '25 OH Vitamin D Total' test. My result was 10.42 ng/ml. What to do? Can i take any vitamin d tablets on my own without any prescription, if yes, please suggest.
