Accidental shaving cut led to formation of anal abscess. Initially drained but then the slit is not healing properly.

I am facing extreme depression and stress for last five years my blood pressure was up and down now cholestrol profile is little deranged,I am not able to sleep properly.i checked my blood sugar yesterday it was 78 before food and 104 after food.today suddenly I checked it in afternoon it was 196,169,155 simultaneously three reading differ from each other.what is the reason I am facing lots of pressure in my mind.please help me.these reports taken in 10 days gap triglycerides increased by 50 number in 10 days.please guide me what is going on.

I am on pep medicine for duovir n ,i exposure on April 30, can I test after 10 days if I am taking pep,can I do test may 15 for RNA test

I have done oral sex with male and anal condom but I m very much worried because I don't know the partner status and at the time of sucking may be little bit sperms come,but not Fully ejaculation done,and now I am taking pep also,tablet duovir N , still my anxiety worries and I want to know which test can be done to make my worry less..April 30th evening I have done this stupid thing,and tell me the early test which can b done early and make my worry less.

Hi all.Iam posting this query on behalf of my mother who is 79 years old.She is a very active person by nature but sadly 2.5 months  ago she was suddenly diagnosed with psychosis out of nk prior history.She has been on  medications since then.she has a prior thyroid history for which she is taking medicines daily.Also bp medicine once a day.Now the issue is for the past 15 20 days she is facing increased  salivation issue.She also doesn't have denture to eat hence only mashed food is given to her.She has appetite other wise. Her walking is ok but she at times has difficulty getting up and requires support.Can anyone throw light on what's the issue and what needs to be done?

If I exposure to sex and if I started Pep medicine within 72 hrs ,how much percentage I will be get safe...means hiv will not get affected chances...

Been struggling from class 1 to obesity from childhood , got in decent shape during covid but gained a lot of fat during night shift job now even after doing workout and decent diet my weight fluctuates a lot I lose 2kg gain it back after 1 week, I have used a lot of fat burners none of them work did calories balancing but my brain runs towards junk now I think only getting on glp 1 or mounjaro can be a solid fix for me

After completing the tuberculosis treatment in this year February fully my weight has been increased alot. Before when I was affected by TB it was 53kg and then it became 55kg then slowly during treatment course it became 58 and now it has raised upto 62kg by this year now after march. I dont even eat outside meals,or non veg,I do yoga and even sleep on time.i dont even overeat homemade food too. And im not married. So what could be causing this sudden rise in weight? Im so worried and want to reduce 4kgs atleast soon. Becoming slim and fit.
