Hi doctors since i was having severe muscle aches and numbness in one side leg neurologist made me do cbc , creatine ,b12 etc b12 report is 290 where lab range is 239-930 but my value is 290 and in cbc my lymphocytes is reduce to 19% where range is 25-40% also am under constant mental stress Does b12 deficiency caused low lymphocytes?

I have a sensitive back . I have had Compressed nerve prob where I get stuck with pain and then with Physio I get better . Then in 2019 I fell and had a mild fracture in coccyx.. since then I feel back is more sensitive Osteoporosis also in l4 ... but since almost 10 days am feeling more pain going down in thighs And I also wanted to ask does statin causes pain n aches as am on atorva 10 since 2 months

Hi Doctor, I accidentally cut my wrist while opening a package with a cutter knife blade. The cut is small and the bleeding has stopped. I’m attaching photos of the wound and the blade. I am a male seeking an evidence-based assessment of whether my HIV testing is conclusive considering PEP, a second exposure during PEP, and current HIV testing guidelines. Timeline: Possible exposure → started PEP (Vonaday: Tenofovir/Lamivudine/Efavirenz) ~36 hrs later → one dose delayed ~12 hrs on day 3 due to switching dosing time → completed 28 days → second possible exposure occurred 9 days before finishing PEP (PEP not extended). Tests: Negative 4th-gen HIV at 8, 20, 55 days post-PEP; negative quantitative HIV PCR at 20 days post-PEP; negative 4th-gen at 93 days, 183 days, and 9 months after last exposure; negative qualitative HIV PCR at 9 months. Are these results conclusive despite PEP and the second exposure? Does the delayed dose or second exposure change interpretation? Does the PCR testing add reassurance? Is any further HIV testing recommended?

Just want to know is it ok to have Vitamin Calcium supplements on daily basis? Also same for Liv 52 Zinc and Ashwagandha?
