Me and husband recently had a blood test and got to know that we both have deficiency in Vit-D and Vit-B12 Pls suggest medication

I am taking ctd t am 12:5:40 for hypertension  . Some times my pulse gets too high 120.doctor advised me ciplar LA 40.after taking this my pulse normal but bp comes 110/75 . earlier I was taking amloz at.My sugar Hba1c 7.7 . doctor advised to control by walking and diet .according to him it's quite right according to my age.sometimes I get hot flashes and burning sensation in body.please help

Hello, I'm a 21 year old female. Current weight is 73 kgs, height is 5ft 2 in. I have been on and off on diets and excercise due to exam seasons but otherwise regular but still only lost around 2.6 kgs of weight since January.
