My 19-month-old had a scratch from falling down, and after 1 hour she went to the garden. If a dog had licked the injured area, the immediate photo of injury is below, i took it after few mins of her falling down. could there be any risk of rabies?

Before one month i have done my blood test got in my blood test report normocytic hypochromic and blood level is 9 and after one month of oral blood increase tablet aycal after one month i done my blood test it shows 10 level but given microcytic hypochromic with anisocytosis...is it normal ? Or should I worry about this? Does it is curable with home iron rich food...if I do blood test does this anisocytosis go from my reports?

I noticed some blood on the sole of my foot after accidentally crushing a mosquito (probably by stepping on it). I am sure I do not have any cuts, open wounds, or broken skin in that area. I still became anxious about whether the mosquito blood coming in contact with intact skin can transmit HIV or any other infections. I washed the area and applied sanitizer afterward. Could you please explain if this situation has any risk of HIV transmission or if I need any tests or treatment?

By the friction of my new shoe, a cut was appeared on my foot fingers. Can I use Mupirocin Ointment there? A pus like liquid was coming out. I think bacterial infection was appeared in that cut. I made appointment to doctor for day after tomorrow until then can I use Mupirocin Ointment for preventing further bacterial growth?

Hello doctors, i made a post on 14th october about a bat possibly bumped into my chest . I saw that bat again around 5 days after the encounter and again today (49 days after the encounter) . It was sitting under a tree near my house where it all happened. Am i safe since the bat is alive ?

Hello Doctor, Please read my query carefully. I have fully vaccinated ID on July 2025. Then took ID booster on new exposure on Oct 2025. Then took ERIG with ID complete vaccine on Nov 2025 and last vaccine is on 1st dec 2025. I test my antibody titre on 25th nov which come value 3.7. My question is why its too low ? Does i need booster after completion of last vaccination? Also am I completely safe ? And does the virus will be in dormant and once the titre level will drop below to .5 then the virus will active ? I mean the existing exposure virus still can be infected in future if titre value drop down. Please answer my queries!!
