Hi I had done prolactin along with other hormone test in which my prolactin was 148 10 days back So I redid it pooled prolactin which came out at 164 I am very scared and worried as doctor said that this might mean a tumor in brain I have pcos from last 13 years and hence the cycles are irregular apart from that I have no other symptom

Hi everyone, I'm a 32-year-old male and have been experiencing random twitching in my right index finger for the past few weeks. The twitching happens throughout the day, often 10–20 times or more. Each episode only lasts a few seconds, but it keeps recurring. It can happen while I'm using my hand or even when it's at rest. I haven't had any recent injuries to my hand or finger, and I don't have any pain or numbness.

A week ago I saw some bats flying over me. I rushed and then felt something hit/brush my hair. When I checked there was nothing. I’m being very anxious since then but doctors say Indian bats are megabats and they don’t carry rabies. However, the bats i saw above me were really small. I also got two booster doses in Feb and it’s been 4 months since then. I have gotten 13 doses in the last 4 years. For this bat exposure? Since it was a small bat should I get 2 doses? I don’t think it was a megabat. I have also been feeling feverish and extremely anxious since then and i’m scared.

I haven't had any major injuries, and I haven't significantly changed my activity level. I'm trying to understand what could be causing this. Has anyone experienced something similar? What are some common reasons for increased muscle fatigue or weakness at my age?
