I had normal delivery with left lateral episiotomy 5 weeks back currently breastfeeding. I had severe constipation twice during the second trimester, post that developed skin tag like structure in the anus, which was not painful or itching. But post delivery for the past 3 days, I had mild constipation, where I had strained to pass the stool, post that, I developed burning sensation and pain. Today, I have seen mild blood in my stool.

I took dns with sinusitis surgery 3 months back i had mild gastric (from 3 yrs)and mild asthma (don't know when it started but diagnosed 1yr back)also i feel tightness in my chest some breathing difficulty also when i asked ent dr he said it is gastric is it due to gastric or asthma couldn't understand why it is happening i feel difficulty when i walk it gets worse i can't breathe properly to whom i should consult if it could be due to asthma it occurs only exposed to some triggers only right for me allergic to dust and ac and I'm taking care not to expose to them then y it's happening??

Hello Doctor, Please read my question carefully. I took rabies booster dose from a governed medical. The syringe was already loaded with vaccines. Vaccines are kept in a plastic container with one ice packet. Container was moist. I saw one used syringe was also there. But no needle connected. My question is if that syringe was used for someone. How much risk for hiv? As they didn't use the same syringe to me. They given a already vaccine loaded syringe to me. My concern is if the used syringe contains blood and mixed with moisture. As the container was with a icepack. If those blood mixed moisture touch my syringe needle. Any chance for infection? I am very much worried. Please help.

Hello Doctor, I have doubt in quantity of doses for intradermal route. If someone first time taking rabies vaccine. in day 0, they taking .1ml in both deltoids. Means total .2ml. If someone taking booster dose the quantity will be .1ml only in one side in day 0 or what quantity?? Please clarify it. I am confused.

Hello Doctor, I had a mild leg sprain recently and was advised to take rest. However, I went to the gym and since then the pain and discomfort have worsened. I am now experiencing increased pain while walking and slight swelling. Could you please advise if I should continue complete rest. Thank you.

Hi, I took rabies vaccine course in 2016. Yesterday, a stray dog licked my feet. I have no open wound or scratch before or after exposure. Should i take a booster?

Years heart pumping is  60 and only have Mild Av sclerosis and Mild Lv conch. Also in May2024 I had anxiety fever when we did test the doctor said reports were clear. I have worked on that since then and I'm better now. Sorry for long details but I'm confused as to why this is happening maybe because of weight and stress but hoping to have a good reading when I go soon ....
