I’ve been having recurring headaches, and they’ve been getting worse this year. The pain is not limited to one side it can feel more general/around my whole head. The headaches can become quite intense and interfere with my normal activities. I’ve noticed they can happen or become worse after I’ve been outside even for 15 min I’m concerned because this has been happening repeatedly and the overall pattern seems to be getting worse compared with before. I also sometimes experience nausea/vomiting around the same time, and I want to know whether that could be related. I’d like to be properly evaluated to find out what type of headache this is and whether I need any examination or tests.

Dear experts, i had viral fever for 2 days after that i got my stomach upset for a day nd since then i have extreme nausea feeling all the time, vomit is not happening but all the time i touch my stomach it feels like ill vomit, cant drink water or food bcz of that feeling nd taste of tongue. is this concerning?
