I m attaching my blood report . Kindly guide what need to be done now and lft was done 1 month ago but no improvement. Usg abdomen was done grade 3 fatty liver was diagnosed.

Male Age 20 Weight 85 kg Height 5' 6" Major problems: 1. Loose & irregular stool 2. Slow metabolism & digestion 3. Feeling dizzy & low memory 4. Sometimes pain in lower right abdomen (specially after eating something or drinking water) Minor problems: 1. Regular cramps in legs & hand fingers Past history: 1. Very bad sleep schedule from last 2 years 2. Very bad eating habit from last 2 years. Consumed lots of junk & processed foods, biscuits, bhujia, chocolates, etc. 3. No proper meal timing from last 2 years. Consumed junk foods at 1-3 am and slept whole day. Ultrasound report: 1. Fatty liver 2. Irregular bowel movement Blood test report: 1. TSH-11.4 2. T3-105, T4-5.24 (both in normal range) 3. Vitamin B-12: <100 4. 25-OH Vitamin D: 6.05 5. Lipoprotein (A) [LP(A)]: 56.3 (Immunoturbidimetry technology) 6. HDL: 38 7. LDL: 136 8. HbA1c: 5.1 ✅ 9. Hemoglobin: 14.8 ✅ 10. Anti-TPO: 0.9 (<9 for negative, >=9 for positive) ✅

My morning blood pressure remains in 130s like 135/90, 137/92, 136/95. But in evening sometime it goes up like 140 or 145. So which is the best and relevant reading to believe. Thanks.
