My hand shivers while taking any object like a teacup or any drinking glass, and while sitting on the ground, my feet tingle. I had a blood test, and it showed that my vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels are low. Can you suggest any medicine for this? Thanks.

I am having a swollen clot type near my anus.i do afraid this as piles.first it was a small clot type & not painful but now it has increased in size n now painful.it also somewhat  obstructs the anal opening.also I am feeling like constipation like issue & having hard time at bathroom. Doctor, I got a sharp cut on the sole of my thumb from a rusty table today. There was no bleeding. I have cleaned it and applied antiseptic. I had one tetanus shot in 2024, but I’m not sure if I completed the full tetanus vaccination series before that. Am I adequately protected, or do I need another tetanus dose/complete the vaccination series because of this wound?

I have taken the medicine for the cause but no relief I am facing the same problem again kindly suggest me correct doctor

I have been experiencing palpitations after morning breakfast, it starts within 10minutes of eating breakfast. My heart test are normal ecg echo tmt all normal. This all started when i started taking anxiety disorder medicines 7 months ago meanwhile palpitations had stopped once for two months but past 20 days they started again. Every day palpitations starts after breakfast i dont know what is the cause what doctor should i consult

It sometimes gets better but then returns again. Shortness of breath / difficulty taking a full breath. I sometimes experience a feeling of heaviness in the chest.

I had a fresh cut today due to minor bike accident. One more incident happened, the bowl that my dog uses to drink water was empty, so I tried to fill it up. While filling the bowl,  water droplets splashed from the bowl to my fresh cut region. Will I have rabies infection since my dog uses it? The dog is without vaccinated. I am worried, please advice

I am a 28-year-old female. I have been taking Bilazest-M, as prescribed by my doctor, for the past 3 years for nasal congestion and throat itching due to allergies. Whenever I stop taking the medication, my allergy symptoms return after a few days, so I have continued taking it. I sometimes stop it for a few days, but the symptoms come back. My question is: Is it safe to take Bilazest-M continuously for such a long period (3 years)? Can long-term use cause any damage or side effects to the liver, kidneys, or other organs? Should I continue taking it, or should I be evaluated for the underlying allergy?

How will it go I'm having feelings not to eat.can any doctor tell me what the condition is something serious or not ? I m taking tablet trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole
