I have pain in armpit, both chest, ribs, but this pain last for a week at a place then it shifted to another place without lymph nodes ,this is from last 1.5 months, and it make me anxious that I have something serious, also I am on medicine for erosive antral gastritis, two doctors said that this is because anxiety,but pain is not going, it shifted from place to place , please help me

2 days ago I had gas bloating issues after lunch due to having a heavy meal that makes the stomach filled and bloated. Then gradually it resolved as the time passed but since then while having lunch and dinner, feeling an irritation on throat just when swallowing food and also today feeling a pressure in back side exactly when swallowing food during lunch/ dinner and the throat irritation happening only while taking spices like curry, salt etc. Is this due to the bloating issues that happened back then? I need some suggestions to cure this issue.
