I had a weight of 123 kg and 5ft 9in at that time ldl was 95 , hdl 48 , triglyceride of 75 and total cholesterol of 157 after 6 months while I am exercising eating fiber and all my weight is 118 kg and my ldl is 153 , hdl is 42 and triglyceride is 83. I have a whole thyroid panel tested all in normal I also have a weird fear that I will die of heart attack I had been cleared by 14 individual doctors but this cholesterol spike makes me worried. I have 1.25mg of bisoprolol and 2.5 mg of Amlodipine and my bp is 105/65
Seeing a higher LDL despite your efforts can be upsetting. LDL 153 merits follow-up, but that result alone does not establish that a heart attack is imminent. Continue the progress you have made with weight management while your clinician reviews the overall risk and the two reports.
Next Steps
Arrange a review with one coordinating physician, bringing both lipid reports, your full medicine list and blood-pressure record. Discuss your ongoing fear as well: support for health anxiety can help alongside physical-health care. Avoid changing blood-pressure or cholesterol medicines yourself.
Health Tips
New chest pressure, severe breathlessness or fainting needs urgent care. If you are dizzy with the current blood-pressure readings, contact the prescriber promptly.

You don’t have to worry.Control diet , exercise and take stain to reduceLDL.continue medicines doctor gave you for Bp and go ahead with weight loss.Too much stress will increase BP and body weight you are not at risk of heart disease more than a person with normal body weight.check cholesterol every 3 months and a treadmill test if necessary
Your LDL rising from 95 to 153 while your weight dropped is unusual but not alarming on its own, since diet changes take a few months to fully reflect in lipid numbers and genetics plays a role too. Your thyroid panel being normal and blood pressure of 105/65 are both reassuring signs. Being cleared by 14 doctors and still this worried sounds like health anxiety driving things more than your actual lab numbers do.
Next Steps
Recheck your lipid panel in about 3 months and ask your physician if your bisoprolol and amlodipine still fit these numbers. Cutting saturated fat and adding regular cardio can help bring LDL down.
Health Tips
If this fear keeps affecting your daily life, talking to a counsellor alongside your physician can help, since health anxiety responds well to treatment.
