Hello Dr, I have Cerebral palsy  muscular spasticity , weakness , L5 S1 disc problem for last 6 months I'm suffering from lower back hip joint pain, now ankle n thumb also pains while walking standing . On investigation my blood test are Cbc nrml . Esr 12, uric acid 7.4 . hba1c 6.1 Hdl nrml tryglcrides are nrml but LDL 99 & total cholesterol 200 . Are any medicine required as per my test reports. I am non diabetic. I am already taking mounjaro 5 mg since 2 months and now will take it for 3rd month and tolerating it well now. Can i switch to Zepbound from next month, as it is for non diabetic weight loss. And if i can then which one should I go for 5 mg or 7.5 mg? Will not create any mess?
