Low LDL and HBA1C
Recently I went for basic blood tests. It shows HBA1C as 4.7 and my LDL values are 17.
These are very low values? If so what should I do to improve these values. Attaching the screenshots for reference

I got 190 bpm pulse rate at one point i actually Open my pulse rate which is continuously measuring from afternoon to night than I close which show average heart rate 85 bpm , minimum heart rate -70 and maximum heart rate -190 bpm during whole time I don't feel my pulse rate should can be that much high it's watch defect or what
