For a dog scratch Also take 4 dose on 17feb 2026 (day 28) i take extradose on day 20feb 2026(day 31) all are intradermally govt hospital . Today i see some marks on my hand look like bat bite.. but not sure .. is i am safe or i need extra vaccine . I attach photo of my hand

I have muscular dystrophy. I take Deflazacort 12 mg, Shelcal 500 and Conqueen 100. I get frequent urination mainly after taking the tablet. After passing urine, I feel urge again within minutes. The inner side of the arch near the heel of my left foot has swollen up. When I press on the swelling it doesn't hurt. But once I start walking there is a pain in my foot. As soon as my foot feels an elevation while walking it hurts. How can the pain and swell be reduced??

My friend developed chickenpox symptoms on Friday night (21 Mar) and now has multiple blisters on the face and body, including inside the mouth and throat. I had very close contact for about 5 days (Wed–Sun, 19–23 Mar), This includes the 1–2 days before symptoms, when the virus is also contagious, so the exposure period has been calculated accordingly. After confirming on Monday, I reduced contact and have had no contact since Monday night (24 Mar). So far, I have no clear symptoms like rash or blisters, but during the contact period I felt mild feverishness, body pain, and slight itching & twinkling sensation, which resolved on its own. Given this level of exposure, will taking the varicella vaccine now still help? Will it prevent infection or at least reduce severity if I develop symptoms? Also, am I still within the effective time window for post-exposure vaccination, or is it too late? Please advise Thankyou.

Hi Doctor, My husband experienced heavy nose bleeding last Monday, after which we discovered that he has Hypertension (high blood pressure) with a reading of 136/101 mmHg. Following this, he was prescribed Telma 40 (to be taken at night) and Cilacar 10 mg (to be taken in the morning). Today, his blood pressure suddenly dropped to 108/64 mmHg. We are concerned about whether this drop is normal after starting the medication or if it indicates that his blood pressure has become too low. Kindly advise on whether this situation is normal and if any precautions or changes are needed.
