Hi Team, When ever I ate small food my stomach getting bloating please advise me better syrup. Right now I am taking cremafine plus and Tab chymoral AP 2times daily for 5days. Please advise me the syrupe for my stomach get bloating and unable to pass complete stool.

Request suggest medication as too much pain in anus area no bleeding only pain and too much tightness in the area facing difficulty in passing stools/potty

Hello doctor, I wanted to ask about my mother. She has some swelling near her belly button and now the navel looks slightly pushed out. This started about one month ago. At first she had itching there, but now there is only a little swelling and the bulge. She takes Amlosafe 3D for blood pressure. Can you please tell us what this could be and what treatment she needs? Thank you

I am 37 Male .I had a skin rash issue due to allergy almost 2 weeks ago .I did take medicine n it's now cured . But I did mark that I am having issue with bowel movement post that.also there is changes iny lifestyle where I am doing night shift work but that is almost 2 months n the bowel movement was somewhat fine .but post my treatment of skin rash I am facing issue with bowel movement & gets much  bloated . Please help me as I am feeling very much uncomfortable due to.this

Doctor, I am experiencing chronic chest pain for over a year. It is non-cardiac as ECG and Echo were normal. Endoscopy showed reflux and esophagitis. The pain location is not fixed — sometimes left chest, sometimes moving to ribs or back. Pain sometimes feels like burning/pressure and sometimes like muscle tension. Gastric medicines help but not fully. I was prescribed Gabapin NT for possible nerve pain and Etoshine MR for pain relief. I want to check if this pain is due to nerves, costochondritis, muscle inflammation, posture, or anxiety-linked. I also want to know if I need a neurologist evaluation or spine scan."

My hiusband recently was attacked by a street dog, very minor attack. We went to get rabies vaccination and he was given a dose along with tetanus shot. Not rig... what is the risk ? Have got two doses till now. What to do?
