Lst 1-2 month i have neck pain/ neck tightness and sometimes neck pain go to shoulder/hands, due to this dizziness n balance prblm not dizziness like spinning room or anything. But balance problem when walking sometimes feeling like fall on ground I do wfh so 8-12 hours computer / mobile working Currently do some exercises for neck but temporary relief, when bck to my computer work 2-3 hours after, same feeling when walking / anything doing.

My Cortisol Serum Morning reading is 25.2 .... while the bio ref interval is 5.27 - 22.46 .. Do I need to take any medicine for this .. for the last few days my BP was sometimes going up despite my BP pill... & had sleep disorders too.. so I got tested..please advise...

I have tested high for the above hormone about 821.6 but other markers appear in range:- ALT = 26 Alkanline Phosphatase (ALP) = 64 No Hemochromatosis is in the family as far as I am aware of. Only things I can think it could be related to are:- Painful Knee’s (runner’s knees) through Playing sports on hard floors Daily Multi Vitamin Pills that are dissolvable in drinks Consumption of too much alcohol. Can I resolve my changing lifestyle e.g. reduction in alcohol consumption, reducing painful knees etc

A stray cat was in my room the cat was resting on a blanket , i opened the door and the cat saw me and ran and bumped into my feet later I investigated my feet on phone camera under magnification,i found nothing but a mm black dot (with no bleeding at all) on my toe, i didn't felt any pain there nor i felt the prick ,idk whether it was there before or its due to bumping, i didn't find any scratch or bite marks on checking, i washed my feet with soap and water , the cat's behaviour was normal , I am now confused should I get vaccination for such an incident or am i worried for nothing, i am confused that taking risk of getting severe side effects from vaccination is worth it or , the severe side effects are rare but they can occur , please guide me what to do

I stepped on a stray puppy then I saw my heel immediately there was a bubble with no fluid inside there is a very tiny black dot but no hole is visible there is no pain, stinging or tender is this a exposure and I also just vaccinated 2 months ago this incident but during the vaccination I was drank heavy alchol like 5-6 and I am chronic sleep deprived does it have reduced my antibodies i did not take any booster for this incident because I saw no need of booster within 3 months.it happened 2 months ago do I get rabies? I had fever and cough on 27th April. Fever went up to 102 however my fever went away on 4th may however since then I am having cough. Now it's a dry cough however, I don't feel comfortable while breathing. It worsens specially at night when I lie down it's then when it gets worst. I have been doing gargle had vicks vaporizer even losenges and one spoon honey every day but I m not able to stop the cough and due to so much cough I am unable to sleep please let me know by when this cough will stop ??
