I have papilloma warts like structure on my tongue since last 2 months. What medicine should I use? Will Thuja ointment be helpful? If I want to remove it through surgery, whom should I consult? general surgeon? Dermatologist? Or ENT surgeon?

My potassium level is 5.8 . Rest electrolytes are within range. Calcium level is 8.5 mg/dl Vit d3 is 23 ng/ml Haemoglobin is 12 Ferritin is 13.62 ng/ml Esr is 23 MM/HR Are these a cause of concern? Please reply. Other test of lft,kft,lipid profile ,hb1ac, vit b12 are in are in normal range
