Hi doctors recently i was diagnosed with border line b12 my hb is 13 & ferritin levels doctor prescribed me nurokind1500 injections my ferritin is 18 where lab range is 6-137 I am a vegetarian i read somewhere taking b13 reduce more ferritin am getting scared now Is it true if we take b12 feritin will reduce ?

Hello Doctor, My mother is 53 years old , For the past 2 months, she has been experiencing abdominal pain every time she eats, even if it's a very small amount of food. The pain starts soon after eating. She has a medical history of Parkinson's disease, fibromyalgia, recurrent fatty liver, kidney stones, and piles. Additionally, in November, January, and March, she had episodes of infection with vomiting and loose motions. She consulted a doctor each time and was treated with medications and injections, after which she recovered. Could you please advise what the possible causes of her current symptoms could be? Could this be related to her liver, gallbladder, stomach, or any other digestive condition? What investigations would you recommend? Should she consult a gastroenterologist, and does this require urgent evaluation? Also, is there any medication that can provide temporary relief from the pain until she is evaluated by a specialist? If yes, please suggest

From past three days left side abdomen pain on and off with gas a nd burping and from two days fever with body aches temp was 101 and now watery diarrhea with left side lower abdomen pain

I am on, telmisartan 40 MG since a long time, and my BP is well controlled But the problem is that there are some days when it will stay elevated in the range of 140/80 ( I measure it at home, so might not be very accurate) Also, if I check during periods of stress, then it can be as high as 150/90 Just wanted to know if this is considered normal ? The true BP measurement on waking up without any stress or effect of food will be normal.

I came from home and opened my shop and I rinsed my hands lightly with water then I used my mobile phone and touched some surfaces like tables, chairs etc. and then I put my finger inside my mouth because something was stuck between my teeth. Can this transmit hiv? My shop was closed for 2 hours at room temperature (29 c to 30 c) from 1 pm to 3 pm. I'm worried that maybe some infected fluids were there and that went in. I have 2 minor cuts inside my mouth.
