Hi can anyone please suggest me my IGE level is 206 in lab report I am already facing issue of urticaria since October medication is going on. Please suggest what is the next step or medication needs to be change or anyother test is needed.

Doctor I have attached the pain area photo undergone USG abdomen which says heterogeneous echo texture of liver rest all normal, mildly elevated ggt and alpt pain since 3-4 months which was earlier settle down then come again Consulted with gastroenterologist he prescribed attached medicines which initially cure much but now problem again persist Last 27 may ggt- 182, alpt- 119, sgot- 25, sgpt-29 ,a/g ratio-1.65

Months back my esr was 47 ,crp 6.0,after 6 months it was 46 ,after 2 days it was 127 ,after one day it came back to 90,my cbc ,ra ,hbk ,cpk ,chest xray ,sonography is normal, i suffer from chronic pharyngitis,have mild anemia ,when i was not wearing mask my esr came 127,when i was wearing mask abd did blood test it came 90,after 3 months esr came 82, one day after that it came 55, again cbc,lft,kft normal

My dad is having weakness and he is not responding now he's not able to talk. It's like just instantly looking up with his mouth open, but he can eat. He can be. He can poop. Also weakness. We can't we have to carry him and make him sit. make him stand is not able like literally depressed person, so what can we do?

Doctor,like yesterday I was just walking on my roof and then suddenly a small thing went past my right cheek it didn't landed on me but I felt just like something went past,so I also felt like something me but I flew away in seconds when I look back at it I just saw something small black black flying away suddenly I just thaught of it as a dragon fly so I ignored and started doing work but today when I started thinking about it ,I thought that maybe if it was a bat then maybe that little feeling was that of a collision and bats teeth and claws are very small but I didn't felt any pain or scratch yesterday when I came down I was checking to look for any scartch or bite but already I was having many pimple and acne marks so I can't tell I was looking very carefully but I can't tell .My parents think I am overthinking , because of this phone and google searches I think these things ,so what should I do even I am not sure that whether collided or not or whether it was a bat or dragon fly.

I have a really bad headache, I am 16 year old female, a year ago, light sensitivity started off small, at night with bright light the light sensitivity used to be there and there used to be a headache which was only above my eyebrows, that was in December 2025, i didn't consult anyone, so 9 months later, it increased to the point it carries out the entire day, my headache is from the temples to the jaw, behind my eyes above the eyebrows and nose bridge beneath my eyes too, i get a stiff neck and pain in shoulders too due to this recently, and some times there are cramp like headaches at the base of my skull which is a sharp pain for a few secs and it disappears, i have a decent sleep schedule, i sleep by 2-3 am i wake up by 8 or 9 am, and immediately an hour later the headache comes, by afternoon i sleep from 3pm to 6pm and the headache is still there which intensifies by night, its too much now, its not like i can't tolerate it, i can but i can't focus anymore except for the pain

High fever 102 F with body ache and cough since 2 days. Taking Crocin every 5-6 hours. Got lab done for seasonal fever this morning. Report expected by afternoon. Dengi report by tomorrow morning.

1. Joint Pain or weakness in knees,feet toes 2. Hot cold sensation in legs, especially during hot day 3. Stiffness in leg calf muscle due to prolonged standing or seating in chair or riding bike. 4. Fatigue feeling sometimes. Uric Acid 9.3 TSH 8.69 --3 Months ago. Completed Thyronorm 12.5 for 90 days And had uric acid medicine for 10 days. Yet to test now. What should i do now?
