My current level is 27.9ng/ml after taking 2 dose of 60000IU once per week .
How much level of vitamin d can increase after taking 60000IU .
Should I take more vitamin d .
Kindly advise me.

Regarding heart health
I was lying on my left arm, suddenly i felt wired pressure on my chest, after that i went to running and ran 600 mtrs. All my reports are okay, ecg echo tmt. Total cholesterol 154.
