I have a really bad headache, I am 16 year old female, a year ago, light sensitivity started off small, at night with bright light the light sensitivity used to be there and there used to be a headache which was only above my eyebrows, that was in December 2025, i didn't consult anyone, so 9 months later, it increased to the point it carries out the entire day, my headache is from the temples to the jaw, behind my eyes above the eyebrows and nose bridge beneath my eyes too, i get a stiff neck and pain in shoulders too due to this recently, and some times there are cramp like headaches at the base of my skull which is a sharp pain for a few secs and it disappears, i have a decent sleep schedule, i sleep by 2-3 am i wake up by 8 or 9 am, and immediately an hour later the headache comes, by afternoon i sleep from 3pm to 6pm and the headache is still there which intensifies by night, its too much now, its not like i can't tolerate it, i can but i can't focus anymore except for the pain

I am feeling very weakness, bone pain, when I am sleeping on bed feeling more weakness sometimes. No fever. Only headache and weakness.

Should i start taking statins and fenofibrate for LDL, also i have grade 2 fatty liver . I have sedentary lifestyle and addicted to fast foods etc

I have to undergo tooth extraction and implant. Considering my sensitive gastric health, My dentist has recommended me to take Cyra D capsule twice a day for 5 days. Post tooth extraction medicines would include cefakind cv, zerodol sp, dolonxt DT, ketorol DT and rexidine srs mouthwash. Is it safe to take Cyra D capsule as twice a day? Any side effects of taking it BD for 5 days or a week?

I am sweating very badly during eating even a medium salt and less spice triggers me lot of sweat nowadays i even sweat lot if i walk or in normal sunny weather I want to get this fixed . Is it possible to fix.

I'm diabetic since 7 years & hypertensive since 3 years.Both of them are under well control.Recently noticing bubbly urine which often lessens or disappears by drinking more water.Test reports of urine acr,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done 6 months ago came absolutely fine & normal.Test report of USG (kub) done 1 year ago also came fine & normal.Also,no swelling in any part of the body. Experienced the same condition a year ago but the test reports of urine acr,24 hrs urinary protein,serum creatinine,blood urea & potassium done at that time came absolutely normal & a nephrologist confirmed that this was not due to proteinuria.Also have stage 2 NAFLD.What might be the reason of such bubbly urine ?

Could you please advice a safe melatonin tablet ? I have a hectic schedule i really need it. For short term use.
