Consultation For Transmission Of HIV

I ate a food that was touched by someone else. I don't know it had some visible blood or any body fluid or not. The food was at room temperature 25-29 degree Celsius was untouched for 1 minute. The Foods were served without any gloves or spoon. I also have a dot like cut inside my mouth that was caused by my own teeth while eating. Can this transmit HIV?

Having trouble with weight

Hello Eceryone I am a 27-year-old female struggling with weight loss. My current weight is around 75 kg and height is 163 cm. Even when I follow a strict diet, avoid sugar/outside food, and try to maintain a calorie deficit, I find it very difficult to lose weight and regain easily. I have hypothyroidism and I’m concerned there may be underlying hormonal issues like PCOS/PCOD or insulin resistance affecting my weight. I also struggle with cravings and appetite control. Could you please advise what tests I should do (thyroid levels, hormones, insulin etc.) and whether treatment options like GLP-1 medications (semaglutide/tirzepatide) would be appropriate and safe for my case?

Consultation For Transmission Of HIV

I came from home and opened my shop and I rinsed my hands lightly with  water then I used my mobile phone and touched some surfaces like tables, chairs etc. and then I put my finger inside my mouth because something was stuck between my teeth. Can this transmit hiv? My shop was closed for 2 hours at room temperature (29 c to 30 c) from 1 pm to 3 pm. I'm worried that maybe some infected fluids were there and that went in.

B12 Deficiency treatment

Hello Doctors, I have attached my blood test report. My recent Vitamin B12 level is 124. Could you please advise the best treatment for my case? Should I take Vitamin B12 injections or oral tablets? If injections are recommended, how many injections will I need and over what duration? If tablets are sufficient, what dose should I take and for how long? When should I repeat the Vitamin B12 blood test after starting treatment? Thank you.
