Hello yesterday I was in good sleep suddenly got panic anxiety attacks in chest and started shivering from sleep why is it ? Due to this I m afraid daily something bad is going to happen

I took overall 6200 mg of pcm including 650 mg tablets and one iv within a span of 48 hours...is it safe...I have not taken it since yesterday evening as I feel fine ..was having viral fever..my body weight is 55 kg

I am a 28-year-old female with recurrent iron-deficiency anemia for several years. My recent blood tests (18 Aug 2026) show Hb 9.4 g/dL, MCV 65.84 fL, serum iron 15.8 µg/dL, transferrin saturation 3.94%, RDW 17.1%, Ferritin- 7.8, vitamin D 6.01 ng/mL, B12 182 pg/mL, calcium 8.37 mg/dL and ESR 32. I have heavy menstrual bleeding and have required several iron infusions in the past, but the anemia keeps recurring. I currently have significant fatigue, hair fall, irritability and mood changes. Also, gut issues. My questions: 1. What could be causing my recurrent anemia despite IV iron? 2. What tests should I have to investigate heavy menstrual bleeding, iron malabsorption/coeliac disease, or other causes of recurrent iron deficiency? 3. Should I see a gynecologist, hematologist, or gastroenterologist? 4. What treatment would you recommend for my iron deficiency, severe vitamin D deficiency and low B12? 5. How can I prevent the anemia from recurring?

My wife has been having a fever (102.6) since yesterday evening which runs after every 4 hrs. She has taken Dolo 650 3 times, still the situation remains the same. Kindly advise medicine.

I am away from alcohol since 7+ months still my bilirubin is showing high.. As I'm drinking excessive water around 15 L per day .. And also low sodium level.. Pls suggest

I had a fever for 2 days along with a mild cough and sore throat. So I went to a pharmacy and got Nimsen Cold and Azimic 500 over the counter. The pharmacist told me to take Azithromycin 500 mg twice on the first day and then one tablet daily for the next three days. However, I am concerned that azithromycin may cause stomach problems. Instead of taking it as advised, if I take one 500 mg tablet daily for 3 days (3 tablets in total), would that be enough to complete the course?

I have hard, not painful lump at back of neck from 6 to 12 months.. can it normalise by medication or surgery required?

I also exposure with call girl worker 6 month back That time no condom break

I have this prblm since 1 yr how can I distinguish its IBS or IBD I m worried .. I have these symptoms unfirmed stools indigestion bloat anxiety panic attacks as periods approach symptoms get worst worst I m also losing weight without trying since 1 yr sometimes I have all these symptoms sometimes normal I will b healthy I also have lower abdomen point pain which doesn't show in scan should i take ct scan ? Point pain which doesn't radiate is it IBS or IBd ? I m nutrient deficient
