My doc prescribed me Vitamin D3 oral shots syrup(John Lee pharmaceticals) . I want to know that are they made from lanolin or fish or other animal products. I am vegetarian so I am in doubt.

My Cortisol Serum Morning Sample test reading is 25.2 . The preferred limit is given between 5.27 - 22.45...Do I need to take any medication  ?.. For the last few days my BP was fluctuating , plus I am having have  sleeping issues too.... so I got this test done ... Pls advise

Can I take dexorange in morning shelcal hd at night with stop IBS tablet .. my hb is 10.2 iron is 47 ferritin is 36.4 TIBC is 342 vit b12 is 349 vitD is 12.8 .....is dexorange required or not are my readings normal I have bought dexorange will it make me constipated if my reports normal should I take dexorange or not is it enough if diet is followed

Hi All, I am having internal piles grade 1 which was bleeding daily since 4 months even if I take isabgol but when I started taking constihenz 3 I see no blood for almost 20 days since yesterday is stopped using constihenz 3 and started with softovac sf no doubt it is making stool bulky but that bulk is a way to bring blood back Can anyone suggest any syrup or something that I can take daily and also it will make my stool liquid or nearby that as shown in the picture
