Hi, I have a very bad cold since 8 days. 1 night I had fever but no more again. Phlegm and mucus is very thick and it's in lungs, throat, airways EVERYWHERE. Wet cough and wheezing sounds in the chest. I took medicines like coldfiz, coldmine,cofcross, etc... like once the pharmacist gave me coldfiz and cofcross I guess, 3 tablets each. Then after 2 days of gap I went back he gave me coldmine and cofcross. Kindly guide me without any medication what can be done to recover from this. And based on the symptoms, what is your best diagnosis. Please write it instead of asking for a paid consultation, kind request 🙏.

One week back due to job purpose I did my sugar test from a lab (company recommended) and there my fasting was 102 and PP was 149 ( PP was done 2 hours after consuming 75gm glucose). Now I got scared as it meant pre-diabetes so I did the tests again one week later from my local pathology and this time my fasting is 82 and PP is 105 (PP was done 2 hours after normal lunch). So which report should I rely on? On the day of the first test I was really stressed so can that be a factor to slightly elevated levels? And for your reference I'm adding my new report. Please let me know.
