Day 1 4 times paracetamol melafine. Day 2 3 times paracetamol melafine Day 3 1 times paracetamol melafine Day 4 1 time paracetamol melafine Day 5 1 time paracetamol melafine. Normally it is seen that fever vanishes but not in this case ..is change in medication required... please help...

My mother is 50 years old. She is taking bp medicine, Her bp at the time of test was 124/80, She is not suffering from diabetes, previous year in July her serum creatinine level was 0.8 mg/dl but today we checked her serum creatinine level is 1.5mg/dl. Have taken IV iron dextran injection for iron deficiency anemia and parameters like hb increased after taking two IV iron dextran within one month and I'm out worried about the platelet count as I know it may mildly increase in iron deficiency also mean platelet count is 7.8 which is normal but I want to know is it all normal ?

I was caught in a drunk and drive case last night. But the point is, i did not have any alcohol at all. In spite of not having any alcohol, the alcometer showed 58mg/100ml alcohol, which is false. I had mild throat irritation and cough, so i had 10ml of benadryl 1-1-1 and i had the night dose 30 minutes before being caught in drunk and drive. Can benadryl give false positive in a alcohol test?

I am had typhoid positive 2.5 months ago, Dr prescribed first zifi200 with paracetamol I took that as prescribed, but 3 days later fever recur then I seen with different Dr. He prescribed Tab Zocef 500 mg bd Tab Oflox 200 mg bd Tab Dolo 650 tds Cap Rabicip D bd For 5 days I was felling good after taking then u started my normal routine like Gym and office work. Then 3 days later fever recur then I seen same Dr he introduce Monocef 5 Days. It was not working for me same time also tried some Ayurvedic juices like Giloy juice and all. Its was low grade fever with body ache or you can say Fatigue or lethargic type which start from my shoulder and spinal cord. Almost one month later I seen a Dr. She orders CBC. ESR, SGIT, SGOT,KFT, URINE RM, LIPID PROFILE, S.TSH, TYPHOID. IGM and FBS All test were normal but triglycerides was little high. She prescribed statin and multivitamin syrup. I am still facing this low grade fever which not capture in thermometer with lethargic pain evry day.
