Reason for Consultation I would like a consultation regarding my abnormal blood test results. My total bilirubin level is 2.2 mg/dL, and my total cholesterol is 231 mg/dL. I want to understand the cause of the elevated bilirubin, whether any further tests are required, and if I need treatment or lifestyle changes. I would also like advice on managing my cholesterol and reducing my future health risks.

Hi doc, I missed breakfast for 2/3 days in the last week and after few days I felt pain in the chest and few other places. Now I don't have any of that but I feel tingling in my left arm wrist, palm and near shoulder joint. Can someone advise on what I should do? Thank you!

On feeling anxiety or having panic attack, i have feeling like someone is pressing hands on my head, bend down feel blood is in forehead and pressure feeling..same feeling in hands, arms and toes...why just feeling creates such bad symptoms? How to cure this with medication and exercise??

I was taking Hydroxycut (fat burner) empty stomach every morning and Creatine at night for 45 days while going to gym. 17 days ago I felt faint at gym, came home, and since then I've been experiencing dizziness, sweating even in AC, and low BP (60/120). I visited a doctor — full body checkup including liver came back normal. But I still have: low BP episodes, bloating, heavy head, warm stomach, excessive burping and gas. Doctor prescribed Rabeprazole for 5 days. I self-took Pantoprazole for 2 days. Also took Laxitas last 2 days. I don't feel back to normal. Not comfortable going to gym or going out. Is this prolonged recovery from stimulant overuse or something else? Should I be worried? How long will it take to feel normal again?

I have got done random checkup and attaching the reports. Wanted to confirm if report is okay or I need to do anything else.

My prolactin was around 150 twice measured at 10 days gap Doctor suggested to go for MRI pituatary Findings in my MRI report "There is an ovoid nodule measuring 6.6 x 8.8 x 5.7 mm (AP x TR x CC) seen in pituitary gland on left side, which appears isointense on T1, heterogeneously hyperintense on T2, hypoenhancing on early phase of dynamic contrast images and intense homogeneous contrast enhancement on delayed images of dynamic study. Pituitary stalk is deviated towards right side. Imaging findings are suggestive of pituitary microadenoma. Serum prolactin estimation is suggested" Now Doctor has suggested me Cabergolin 0.25mg twice a week Is this good?? Does it have side effects?? Who should avoid this?? I felt a lil dizzy i think next day of consumping it I also have PCOS other than this

I got licked by a stray dog on lower back of my leg the hairy part after 15 minutes as I reached home I washed the whole area with detergent first got no sting or burn to check for microscopic scratches and the skin looked intact and I had my cat 2 vaccine taken in sep 2025 and re exposure boosters in jan 19 am i still safe even if there was s microscopic scratches i didn't find any though but still took boosters two days later the lick am i safe one booster is remaining
