Chronic iron deficiency anemia
Have taken IV iron dextran injection for iron deficiency anemia and parameters like hb increased after taking two IV iron dextran within one month and I'm out worried about the platelet count as I know it may mildly increase in iron deficiency also mean platelet count is 7.8 which is normal but I want to know is it all normal ?
