Your numbers point to borderline iron deficiency without anemia: your iron and transferrin saturation sit on the low side even though ferritin and haemoglobin are still in range. Hair thinning with density loss rather than patches fits this pattern, and your DHT level adds a hormonal angle on top, which is common in this kind of thinning.
Next Steps
Iron replacement, the right salt, and the dosing need to be chosen by your doctor based on your full picture, since the wrong form or dose can upset your stomach or push iron too high. A dermatologist can also judge whether a DHT focused approach is worth adding.
Health Tips
Don't start iron tablets on your own. Please consult your physician or dermatologist to plan the dose and the follow up test timing properly.
