Which is the best iron supplement in the market for studying students or maybe multivitamins as i've heard that we should take it for better health??? Pls help Thankyou

Yet, iron supplements can causestomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea in some people. You may need to take iron with a small amount of food to avoid this problem. Milk, calcium and antacids should NOT be taken at the same time as iron supplements.

Green leafy vegetables are the best iron supplements. Take balance diet exercise. What is your HB. If it’s less than 8 then iron supplements are helpful else proper diet is good enough
