I just wanted to know if taking multivitamin supplements without any prescription bad or good. I'm an IT professional and i keep a balanced diet. I try to exclude most of the oily junk foods and eat lots of protein and veggies. I'm worried that i do not get all the
vitamin requirements from my daily food intake. So i was thinking of eating supplements to cover that ground. Please advise if i can take multivitamin supplements daily in this case.
