Need multivitamin suggestion
Hi, Given my lifestyle, daily laptop work; little physical exercise (gym 1-3 days), 6hr sleep only, and little stress and anxiety, which Multivitamin can I take for general health and reducing stress, good for heart also such as CoQ10 etc? Can you name a few? I just take thyronorm, starpressxl25 as daily medicines. Note that diet wise always I cannot maintain the quality hence asking for some supplements.
