Hi there,
Please take the medicines as suggested. Multivitamins are just supplement so focus on diet so that additional supplements are not required in the future.
Same for vitamin D.
Next Steps
Take medicines as prescribed; visit your doctor jf you get any unusual symptoms.
Hi dear so please continue with your doctors advice. Because he better knows your current health issues.
Now days we all need vitamins and minerals supplements because due to over stress full lifestyles and bad food habits.
Considering this in our daily practicing we seen deficiency of essential vitamins. Most of the people in our country are vegetarians, So the source of vitamin B12 is only red meat so if you are not taking supplements then from where you will get it next is vitamin d3 that we are getting from sunlight but due to daily busy life schedule we are not as much exposed to sunlight.
Next Steps
please do continue with the supplements with intervals of 15 days.
Health Tips
try to change your lifestyle and food habits.
do more exposed to sunlight early morning.
Yes
It is good for health provided you take them for limited time. AtoZ to have max 100 days in a year.
Vit D 60k units once a month for at least 6 doses in a year. It should always be taken early morning empty stomach.
Also Vit B12 once a day for max 100 days separately as AtoZ doesn't have enough B12.
I recommend to get Vit B 12 and Vit D to check once in 2 yrs time.
