Changing lifestyle
I had a very erratic lifestyle comprising unhealthy food habits and bad patterns like smoking and occasional drinking during my college and after that. I'm moderately overweight and experience fatigue from time to time which also affects my mental health and professional life But now I have realised my shortcomings and decided to modify my lifestyle completely. I started exercising and quit smoking a month ago. What more can be done?

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
