I am 29 male working in a bank,Give me some easy steps that makes me healthy that could be done on a daily basis. What changes need to be done to be healthy

Exercise daily (atleast 150mts per week).Moderate intensity like cycling/swimming/brisk walking.Avoid junk foods like pizza/burger/fried chicken etc.Eat plenty of fibre rich diet
