I have thyroid with tsh levels of 45 where as t3 and t4 are normal before few months it's was 25 and before that 45 so it's dropping and increasing without medication it was dropping now i am on diet and following natural ways to cure like coriander water brazil nuts i wanted to know can it heal naturally where as i have symptoms like fatigue tiredness and hair thinning also recently i have insulin resistance where my neck has black lines from an very long time but i dint had diabetes but recently i m pre diabetic hba1c was 5.8 now i am worried if only due to vitamins and iron it has caused me thyroid then can i start taking multivitamins what are the steps and diets or medications if it's necessary as i know if i start taking then its for life long and i dont want to get this in trap pls some one guide me also i have constipation from long time

Nearly almost 3 years, during my job days, in every 8 months I got weakness, headache, not able to focus on screen so I take off for 4-5 days and when I gain my weakness recovery then start work. For almost recovery it takes 1 month when I focus a lot on my diet. Whenever I go to a general physician they write a blood test, urine test, and typhoid test. And every time only hemoglobin found less like 10.5 and nothing more. Only that was the reason or stress due to work ?

At night, I had cefixime, Matilda forte, sertraline as per doctor's prescription, but after 15 minutes I was too anxious with increased heart beat, feeling like minty sensation in my body above waist ,even I can't differentiate it was minty or burning sensation,What is this doctor???I have overthinking issue and even a small symptoms gives me too much anxiety. I am taking telma 40 mg since the past two years- BP had become quite better All the last readings at hospital would be around 120/80 - even at home, the numbers would be okay But since the past one week, this is staying around 140/145 - almost every reading is around this number Doctor wants to add another med but i wanted a second opinion because at 26 one bp medicine should be more than enough.
