Hello Doctor, I am unmarried age 25 , last month October 2025 my breast usg scan was normal and I had a small bump on my areola that first appeared on November 17. It drained white pus when I squeezed it at that time. The skin had mostly healed, but a small soft raised bump remained. Today, I squeezed it again and a tiny amount of white material and a little blood came out, likely because the area became irritated. The bump is still soft, skin-colored, and not painful. Could you please advise if this is still consistent with a clogged Montgomery gland or pimple that is irritated from squeezing? Do I need any treatment, and how should I care for it now to help it heal properly? Thank you.

Pain and burning in center of upper abdomen.doc told epigastric pain apd. She suggested drotin and sompraz and digeraft.sterday .taking all now.today no pain no burning .but mild heavyness/tightness is there .is it ok ? Or need to do USG ?

A day after coming back from a long flight journey, I have developed a lower back pain on my right side which shoots up when I stand a certain way or sit a certain way. It is making it difficult for me to stand for long periods of time or sit in a certain way. What can be the reason for this and what are the remedies and medications possible

So I completed my full Anti Rabies Vaccination course as follows:- Day 0 - 4/11/2025 Day 3 - 7/11/2025 Day 7 - 11/11/2025 Day 28 - 2/12/2025 A day later on 3/12/2025, I got scratched by my vaccinated pet dog's paw and it bled a little. I immediately washed it with soap and water for around 15 minutes, put some dettol antiseptic solution on it and then finally put antibacterial ointment on it. Now as I have just completed my full Anti Rabies Vaccination course on 2/12/2025 and got scratched a day later, will I need to take another course of the Anti Rabies Vaccination? I am worried as the scratch led to a little bleeding which immediately stopped after I washed it and put some antibacterial ointment on it. Do I need to take another course of the Anti Rabies vaccination now?
