Hi Doctor, For the last 8 days, I have been experiencing a strange sensation in my head. It initially started on the left side at the back of my head, near the ear. For the past 4 days, it has changed to a feeling of heaviness or pressure, like there is some weight on that side. It is not really a headache, but I occasionally feel small, pin-like pains here and there. I have checked some of my neurological functions myself, and everything seems normal. I can move my eyes normally, walk properly, do household activities, and continue my office work without any problem. Do you think I still need a CT scan or MRI based on these symptoms? I am also quite scared about the possibility of a brain tumor/cancer. I understand that no one can rule that out without proper examination or scanning, but I wanted to know whether my symptoms alone suggest anything concerning that would require imaging. Please advise me on what I should do next.

Respected Physicians here. I have been prescribed Meva C tablet before meals, BD, for my abdominal cramps. However of late I have been facing severe constipation. Is it safe to take one Dulcoflex tablet at bed time with a 2 hour gap between Meva C & Dulcoflex? Please guide for any other laxative that potentially helps relieve constipation better. I took escam plus one day and I didn't take after that because I felt nausea after several hours and then I took capinol 2o la propionol hydrochloride long acting tablets one day and leave one day and another first I didn't know then I thought it is anxiety tablet but is earched in Google it is high bp tablet and chest pain tablet iam afraid it is side effect it triggers heart attack iam not having any heart problem i stopped using only two days I put now iam afraid please explain me

I got fever , from sat afternoon. Today at 5 pm my temp is 99.8. I found rash on my back. So i did scrub test. Report is non reactive. So what i need to do..? This is the rash i found last night on my back.

I took propranolol hydrochloride long acting tablets capinol 20 la and escape plus iwent for gastritis and anxiety but my pressure is normal doc gave me this I took escam plus one tablet one day and i got nausea symptom i didnt eat after that then capinol 20 la for two days after that I stopped that now only I searched these tablets and uses i got shocked it tells if we stopped abruptly this will trigger heart issue iam panicked please explain

Sir/Madam , My mother was Diagnosed with RA by 2024 Dec , and Now Aug 2026 , almost 1 and half Years ., she Early had RA factor 42.5 and Anti CCP >500 and Pain and Swelling, Now She currently Didn't Feels any kind of issue just nothing, and also Swelling Reduced and before that we conduct Some kind of test as per Rheumatologist Recommendation , and Every Test was Quite Good Result As per Doctor , So Madam/Sir, I have a question: Will RA shorten my mother's life span and lead to an early death? Please explain.

Questions: - How to heal raw anal crease skin & fissure safely? - Is Clocip-B safe for groin fold rash? - Need fresh prescription for discharge/itching? - How to adjust diet/waterwithoutbloat
