Hello, if my mother had got a tetanus toxoid booster (the one we get at medical stores) on Jan 25, 2026, does she need to take another booster if she got a wound after falling  on dusty ground and rupturing her toe today since it's within 6 months ? She is 83 plus and I am not sure if she got primary series of tetanus in her childhood days.

Hello, sorry I wasn't clear. She fell on the floor of her room and somehow her toenail got damaged and side of toe ruptured. Yes the floor had dust due to construction/tile work on house. I am confused as usually we are told protection after booster stays upto 6 months for ones without primary series and upto 5 years for those who received primary series as kids. So my mother being 83 years plus we can't know if she had primary series. But she has had tt injections in past and last one on Jan 25 this year only. Can I get her booster after 24 hrs as compounder couldn't come today and she can't walk to clinic?

From few months, I'm sweating in left side of face , neck , chest only . There is not a single drop of sweat that comes from right side of body. Also , when I sweat outside i start sweating alot . Again the right part remains completely dry. And these days i sweat alot. I also underwent MRI of brain . And it was completely normal.

I am facing lot of muscles twitching, fluttering in forehead area, below left ribs....stomach area, neck...there are very fast twitching, fluttering which comes and goes many times a day...what could be cause along with numbness, tightness in head, hand thumbs, feet area?? Since 3-4 months🫩

I am thinking of getting tamed parrot although chances of bite are really low but I am in fear what if parrot bite. After getting one got tetanus shot 2 months ago so till how long I remain immune from tetanus from  parrot bite?

My brother completed his full four-dose anti-rabies vaccine course. Then, 18 days after completion, my pet dog licked my wound. He took two booster shots—one of 0.8 units and the other of 0.4 units. Two days after that , he had wound on his nose and our pet dog touched my brother's nose accidentally, from his back of the head's furr . What should we do ?

Hi Sir/Mam The last 5 years I've been working on the night shift after 4.30 AM. Even weekend also I couldn't get sleep without the time 3.30 AM, while waking  time im getting running nose,  sneezing and weekly 4 days I'll feel neck stiffness and headache. recently weight gain, snoring. and I have hair fall also. I'm not sure which specialist need to consult.
