Hi All, I have been experiencing a very strange kind of pain on the upper left side of my head, just above the ear. It started about 4 days ago. The pain was quite intense during the first two days, and since then it has changed into a radiating, throbbing, or “zap-like” pain that comes and goes. Two days ago, I woke up around 5:00 AM because of neck pain along with pain in that area of my head. However, I was able to go back to sleep later without any issues. Unfortunately, I searched Google and read that headaches that wake you up from sleep can be a sign of a brain tumor, which has made me extremely anxious. This morning, I also experienced some dizziness, although I’m not sure whether it was due to stress and fear or something else. The throbbing/zap-like pain continues to come and go. A few months ago i have been taking vitamin d3 60k iu tablet but after completing the course i used to pain in my lower abdomen just around liver side after getting ultrasound report is shows "Multiple clustered hyperechoic calcific granulomas with distal acoustic shadow seen in right lobe of liver." and my doctor suggest me to do CT Scan but i don't through this scan .Now i am feeling no pain at the abdomen but sometime it feel pain just like often so please give me solution of this ?

Hello Doctor, I have been passing stool 2 times a day, but only a small amount comes each time. The stool is soft, not hard. Earlier, I used to pass stool normally, but for the past few days only a small amount comes each time. I also don't feel the usual urge to pass stool, and when I do go, only a small amount comes out. I have a burning sensation while passing stool and for a few minutes afterward. In the past 1½ months, I have noticed blood while passing stool on 3 occasions. Since today, I have also been having mild pain inside the anus and mild pain in the lower left side of my back. I am recovering from an ectopic pregnancy, and my beta-hCG is now around 3.6. Could this be constipation, an anal fissure, hemorrhoids, or something else? What tests or treatment would you recommend? Should I see a gastroenterologist or another specialist?

Hi Doctor, I'm a 20-year-old female. I had my first sexual intercourse about 7 days ago, and it was protected. I'm currently on my period. For the past few days, I've been experiencing a burning sensation mainly at the end of urination, which continues for a short while after I finish peeing.
