Hi sir/madam  my ESR levels are hight 44, can I know the reason why it's increased and how to reduce.

For night dose so 50mg then pressure was 140.90  and 130.90 for a few months and the said my pressure can't go below 130.90 can ual explain that then I changed the morning dose of telmisartan and hydrochloric acid as the brand was telma h which was 600 rs for 30 tabs switched to mankind telmikind h and also mankind was the tab I was taking earlier when I changed in Jan 2024 and it ok 140.90 some day when I walked and  was not controlling pressue so now also if I didn't walk pressure was 170.100 once then to see improvement I was to change to another company in this level but  a friend of mine who Worked in a reputed company suggested I try Genric of it work good otherwise stop. I tried Telmizen h and it was feeling OK but then I increased  my walks from 23 mins to 33 but still with the doctor the pressure was up and in heat was not controlling pressure well to the extent 1 day when Went for routine check up I tried the 478 breathing technique as I wanted my reading to be good at the .

Throat is paining a lot. Not able to swallow, redness and inflammation around inner mouth throat region. Taking claribid but not helping. And not able to gargle, took ibuprofen for pain release but not helping. Not able to swallow saliva.

Hello doctor. I am 19 years old. My height is about 5.8 ft and my weight is around 48 kg. My weight has been almost the same for the last 3-4 years. I often feel weak and sometimes tired. I am worried that I might have anemia (low iron) and I want to know the reason for my low weight and how I can improve my health. I am not currently taking any regular medicine.

Burning urine sensation with low grade fever hard to control urine, given sample of urine for urine culture it will come in 3 days so what to do now should I take any medications now? Is waiting for 3 days will make the infection spread if it's there??

I have been fasting for more than 20 days now and have developed dryness in the sides of my mouth I mean corners initially when I used to open my mouth I would feel pain now it's turning little black I used boroline and sometimes applied ghee but nothing is happening kindly suggest

13 years ago I had a dog bite , The infection entered the body through dogs saliva and that lasted for about a year and I took heavy of antibiotics during this time, i was bedridden for this whole 1 year period. Since then I keep getting lumps in chest,underarm, groin , and when I show the lump to the doctor, they give me anti-inflammatory medicine to suppress the lump.But they don't find out what is causing the lump. It's been 13 years and I still don't know what this illness is which entered my body through dog saliva.. i still have active swollen lump, this time I'm not willing to go the doctor as they will again do the same thing- suppress it with anti inflammatory pills.. I want to do proper investigation. what should I do, how will it happen. Which speciality of doctors do this.. Doctors are simply not interested in investigating the case due to overload of patients on them. and they refer me to a psychiatrist- that's all....

I am 32 years old male now, since childhood whenever urge of urine comes it is so intense and pain in bladder that immediately I need to go pass urine but from last 8 years severe intense urge with pain and urine leakage. Solifenacin, mirabegron causes hard stool due to having Irritable bowel syndrome mix type and then anal fissure surgery and surgeon said me to keep stool soft. Urologist are saying to remove bladder. Any solution of this problem permanently without removing bladder.

In December my TSH was very low and kept on getting lower till February. From Feb end till now the TSH has now spiked severely. T4 is borderline low right now and TSH is 16. Two weeks ago it was 8. Doctor had diagnosed subacute thyroiditis. But is this spiking of TSH is two weeks normal? Should I test for Hashimoto's? Currently not on medication. Should I consult for medication?

My father is 80 years old. He is having a burning feeling in his lower abdomen, which is causing him a lot of discomfort. His urine flow is normal. Recently, he was admitted to the hospital for heart-related issues, and he had a catheter for 6 days during that time. But this burning feeling in his lower abdomen started after two from the discharged date. He is currently taking the following medicines: Dytor 10 mg Rosagold 10 mg Syndopa Plus Bisoprolol fumarate 2.5 mg Rapilif D 8 mg His "urine routine report" and while abdomen is attached. Please advise what could be the problem and what we should do.
