Some days when I'm about to sleep I get urge to urinate, and feel thirsty and drink water..this cycle repeats till I falls asleep. This does not happen everyday, few days I'm completely normal and few days I get this problem.. I do not wake up from sleep just to urinate, it's always before I get sleep. I also got my sugar level checked.. fasting 85.5 and HBA1c is 5.6

Doctor, i have been suffering from nerve issues like burning in feets and tingling too, also cervical problem with burning pain both arms , hands sometimes,poor concentration,back pain due to prolonged sitting.Yesterday night inwas already experiencing right leg pain in several points but it was getting relieved after I make my legs straight.At night after lying,i started experiencing same burning pain in my left hand (back of palm ,in the joint of arms and in the shoulder joint )and actually there is slight tightness in both thumbs for a long time.It continued for 3to4 hours and I searched it on Google,I have anxiety issue and my heartbeat increased,I did deep breathing and it somehow resolved,i tried postures then I took right lateral position and the pain was decreased.I got slept, it's new morning, there is slight pain in shoulder joint sometimes, however back right wrist has pain too...What should I do,? It is related to heart... Please reply ASAP

Loud stomach noises: I hear and feel a constant bubbling, gurgling, or gas-like sound deep in my lower stomach. Not from hunger: The sounds happen 2 to 3 times every day. They do not mean I am hungry; they happen even when I am completely full after eating. Sudden sharp pain: I get sudden, sharp stomach aches out of nowhere. Emergency bathroom runs: The sharp pain comes with a sudden, intense urge to poop. I have to go to the toilet a few times a day when this happens. Fast belly swelling: My lower belly got bigger very quickly right after these stomach issues started. It looks like belly fat, but it happened way too fast to be normal weight gain. It feels more like tight swelling or trapped air. Food changes didn't fix it: I tried eating lighter food. It helped a little bit, but the strange sensations and swelling are still there

Hlo dr , does throat infections clear on its own without antibiotics with natural remedy like salt water gargles ,ginger ,mustard oil ... Or antibiotics is need to be taken... Plz comfirm...

I have been suffering from a viral fever for the last three days, along with a headache. My period started yesterday. However, I have noticed that for the past three days, my urine has been foamy every time I urinate. I am well hydrated, but my urine is still consistently foamy. My kidney function test (KFT) was normal two months ago. What could be causing this? The foam does not disappear until I flush the toilet. I am currently taking medications, including antibiotics, Ibugesic, an anti-allergy medicine, and a cough syrup.Is it something to be concerned about?

My blood reports show slightly elevated calcium and phosphorus but my KFT AND LFT is normal with severe vit D  deficiency and b12 deficiency. Is it safe for me to take vit d 60K iu? And 1500 mcg b12 .. Is something wrong with me? I have attached my report here. Vit d is 5 And b12 is 171 Tell me what should I do..

So Im taking my rabies vaccine.Exposure happened on 27th July ,one dog came running towards me and hit me like a push type happened .It happened so quickly that i didnt figure out did he bite or scratch me ,saw some dots and marks on my skin at different areas but not sure when that happened .For safe side I took the vaccine only no rig was given by doctors.On 3rd august it was my 3rd dose ,On that same night i felt slight discomfort in my throat, I waited woke up in the morning the discomfort was evident , while swallowing i felt pain, with gargling and warm water intake it felt better but again it came back in the evening and in night Today im not feeling that much evident pain in throat .My question is do I need to take some antibiotics as in March due to cold and fever i took antibiotics.dont want to repeat so soon If i dont take the antibiotics, will that affect my immunity and make vaccine less powerful or ineffective? Do i need to increase one more extra dose apart from 4?

I kept the plate outside the house and ate from it without washing it I also had ulcer in the mouth I don't know if any animal licked it what should I do I am really tensed.

I Am Diagonesed With Dengue Fever And My Fever Is Not Dropping After Dolo 650 (3 /4 times) At 6 Hr Interval Too along with doxt-sl (2 times) . Always 100 /102 Fever is there with chills . What is the way to reduce fever. This medicine was recommended by doctor. Also he suggested to take combiflam if fever not getting down. But I have not taken combiflam yet as dolo 650 is already 650 mg*4 2600 mg..please suggest what to do ?
