I did not know my partner’s HIV status, so I became anxious and started taking PEP for the last 4 days. I have now contacted my partner and taken him for a rapid HIV test, and his result came back negative. What should I do now? Should I continue the medication? I am also concerned about side effects if I continue it for 28 days. Please advise.”

I have been having this issue for a long time after grandfather's death in  2022.I got a blood test done at that time, it turned out to be a thyroid problem. I was having loss of concentration and overthinking. I took medicine and it got a little better but I used to feel a slight imbalance.  I used to have a lot of anxiety even when I was sitting in the class, that is why I got into the habit of shaking my legs, even when I was standing straight, I would keep shaking my legs without any reason.since then I felt like pressure and waves in neck area constantly specially while lying .When I comb my hair shoulders and arms get tired very quickly.I have recently had my gallbladder operation done after that I felt cold waves in my body. Now it has healed, I am feeling a burning sensation in my head for the last one or two days. I am feeling a burning sensation not only in my head but also in my arms. Now I am pressing my head and it is starting to burn. I start overthinking again as always.

2 days back dryness turned to wound, the wound drians liquid may be look like light yellow. Wound turned red. Pulsating pain and If I leave it hanging, it hurts. Same happening over another foot's big toe , Dryness turning like that. Today morning i had body ache and head ache and little feverish. Note: Previously i had dryness on both foot. My dermatologist prescribed ( Clobetasol Propionate & Salicylic Acid Ointment ). The doctor prescribed all these. gentamicin injection + betnesol injection Claribid 500 MG Tablet Wysolone 5 MG Tablet Xyzal 5mg Tablet Flucort n ointment  Calpol 500 Will i have side effects of taking both injection and tablet? He prescribed injection, ointment annd tablet of corticosteroid and antibiotics. He injected corticosteroid and antibiotics., should i take a ointment and tablet of corticosteroid and antibiotics too. Is it safe, Will i have side effects of taking all injection, tablet and ointment of corticosteroid and antibiotics?

My morning blood pressure remains in 130s like 135/90, 137/92, 136/95. But in evening sometime it goes up like 140 or 145. So which is the best and relevant reading to believe. Thanks.
