Yes, they can be linked. A TSH of 37.6 means your thyroid is very underactive. That can affect the inner ear and nerves, adding to dizziness and poor balance. An underactive thyroid also commonly causes anaemia. Low haemoglobin also makes you lightheaded. So all three problems may share one root.
