On hypothyroidism
What dosage of thyronorm should be taken for 11.5 TSH levels 50mcg or 100mcg? . I was under medication with 50 mcg for the past 16 years. Recently I started with good physical training in a gym and healthy food and discontinued taking thyronorm for 3 weeks but when I tested my tsh level showed 11.5 . What dosage should be taken

Start with lower dose and gradually increase till symptoms and tsh report get normal

consult dose with physician and look for any thyroid defect and proper diagnosis.

With 50mcg from so long still TSH is not under control. I'll advice to increase to 100mcg. Also consult a good endocrinologist regarding the same. If required he will give Thyroxine immunoglobulins.
