Vertigo problem
Hi I am suffering from vertigo from last few months it started suddenly first time I felt dizzy i thought bp r sugar fluctuating but that time I couldn't turn my head from right to left while in sleeping position it felt like the whole room is spinning like I am floating in water I couldn't even sit for few hours I went to general physician he prescribed medication and physiotherapy I had done that it's not severe as that time but in between it's happening suddenly and lasting few days again I am feeling normal y is it happening I consulted Ent also what to do will it last lifelong r will it go because of this I am unable to do normal house chores also please suggest me something Thank you

Please continue the meds. Avoid neck bending,  high pillow for sleeping,  sudden change of posture. Get c.t scan of brain done and share results.

Your description suggests positional vertigo, but recurrent episodes lasting hours and worsening function need a fresh examination; do not assume it is only BPPV. Continue prescribed treatment, avoid driving or unsafe heights, rise slowly and stay hydrated. If weakness, facial droop, speech or vision change, severe headache, fainting or inability to walk occurs, seek emergency care immediately.
