Your reduced appetite seems related to a very irregular schedule, late sleep and possibly stress, but persistent loss of appetite can also occur with gastritis, thyroid problems, infection or other illness.
Eating only once or twice daily may worsen weakness and reflux.
I recommend a clinical examination, weight review and basic blood tests rather than appetite syrups.
Please consult or book on Practo so I can assess the cause.
Next Steps
Set fixed meal times, start with small frequent soft meals and adequate water; avoid relying only on juices or shakes.
