A headache that only shows up on weekends usually points to a change in your routine, not a new problem. Different sleep timing, skipped caffeine, or altered meals can trigger it, and in your case, a shift in your usual meal and insulin timing over the weekend can also swing your blood sugar, which is a common headache trigger.
Next Steps
Try checking your blood sugar when the headache starts, and keep your meal and insulin timing as close to weekday timing as possible. Nimesulide isn't meant for regular use since it can affect your liver, so ask your physician for a safer option if you need pain relief often.
Health Tips
See a doctor sooner if the headache comes with vomiting, blurred vision, weakness, or starts happening on weekdays too.
