Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Migranil twice a day after food for 2 days. Tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Hi, Headache and acidity both are very common problems of our day to day life. But the major cause is our lifestyle and stress. For acidity you can take antacid syrup or tablets are also available take at least for 15 days. Single sided headache can be due to tension or it can be a migraine and it need to be evaluated you can try painkillers for 1 week if not relieved then you can take help of general physician. Hope this might be helpful to you.
