Have headache in the center of my head,it getting worse when I take a head bath ,headache lead gas and loose motion ,please advise for the reason and solution

A central headache that flares after a head bath, along with gas and loose motions, usually turns out to be tension-type headache with acidity and cold exposure acting as triggers - not something sinister. Sinusitis and uncorrected refractive error do the same thing, so if you get heaviness over the forehead or pain on bending forward, that needs looking at. Practical steps: dry your hair fully after a bath, don't skip meals, keep water intake up, and use paracetamol only when needed rather than daily. Get your BP checked and haemoglobin, TSH and a fasting sugar done, since anaemia and thyroid problems in your age group present exactly like this. Rush to a hospital if the headache becomes sudden and worst-ever, with vomiting, blurring of vision, neck stiffness or weakness on one side. Aapke symptoms mein headache ke saath gas aur loose motions bhi hain, isliye dehydration, acidity/indigestion, viral stomach infection ya migraine jaise causes ho sakte hain. Sirf “gas” ko headache ka definite reason maan lena sahi nahi hoga. Head bath se headache worsen hona bhi note karne wali baat hai.

A headache combined with loose motion is commonly caused by viral gastroenteritis / severe dehydration, / a migraine attack accompanied by digestive distress.
Migraine attack accompanied by digestive distress seems to fit in your case.
Longterm headache always mandates evaluation . Seek help from a neurologist and get an MRI brain done .
It would have been nice to suggest you treatment if you have mentioned about duration of symptoms
