With cold, cough and body ache for two days, this headache at the back of your head is almost certainly from viral URI plus sinus/neck muscle congestion, not anything dangerous. Paracetamol 650 mg SOS, steam inhalation twice a day and good hydration usually settle it in 3-4 days. If the pain becomes very severe suddenly, or you get fever above 102, vomiting or neck stiffness, get examined the same day.
Next Steps
Start paracetamol and steam today; if not better in 3 days or fever appears, book a consult with me on Practo for a proper check and prescription.

I would be if you could elaborate your symptoms like the type of headache e.g: 1) is it sharp type , or throbbing type and is it diffuse on the back side or limited to a particular area. 2) does it get worsen on coughing? 3) associated with fever? vomiting? nausea or any other symptom? 4) do you or any other member has high bp? 5) any history of head injury? if none of the above is present, it can be viral cold and headache you’re feeling at the back of your head is most likely tension type headache, which often comes along with cold.
Next Steps
What i recommend you is : 1.rest and good hydration 2.steam inhalation twice daily for cold and congestion 3. take tab. paracetamol 650mg 3times a day after food for 3days 4. tab.cetirizine 10mg 1 tablet once daily at night for 5 days
Health Tips
Please contact immediately of go to emergency if : your headache become very severe you develop fever with neck stiffness you start vomiting your vision becomes blurred Feel free to contact me anytime

This is commonly due to viral cold with sinus or neck muscle pain. It usually settles in 3–4 days. Take paracetamol 650 mg after food if pain or fever, steam inhalation twice a day, warm fluids, and rest. See a doctor the same day if headache becomes sudden and very severe, vomiting, neck stiffness, high fever, or confusion. If not better in 3 days, book an online consult with reports
