Flu

Since two weeks I have been getting brain fogs and random pains sometimes on side of chest both sides .. lung area .. chest pain.. left arm .. shoulder I started taking allegra and pan 20 and it improved. My bp is in control, stress echo is also ok. Chest xray showed Few fibroparenchymal bands seen in bilateral lung fields. Can you suggest me what this is cause its becoming very difficult to ascertain.

Hlo i had completely normal angiogram last month- zero blockages- but still my chest feels heavy n tight frequently.. my stress tests are also normal- This heaviness is random- at rest sometimes at exertion- in last 2 weeks it increased so i had ekg, trop i all good With a normal angiogram is there anything to worry about heart? I do have high bp but lipids, sugar, lft, kft all good-- I want to stop going for ekgs n trop I every month Cardio refered to gastro

Hello doctor around 16 march 2025 I am suffering high grade fever that's why On 20 march 2025I visited at local clinic at my work palace he is Jhola chap give me two injections one is dexamethasone and other is multivitamin in intramuscular but syringe was allready used to other patients before use on me that's why I took pep Viropil medicine on 21 march 2025 with in 24 hours and for 28 days and I have done 22 April and 13 May 2025 hiv duo test it's come negative and I have done TRI DOT. Test on 20 sep and 15 nov 2025 all comes negative but I am suffering from oral thrush candidiasis from May 2025 may I know what is the reason behind this

Hello I am experiencing pain in the neck region along with shoulder and pain also in collar bone, the pain started accidentally while i was asleep when I suddenly feel pain when I feel a sudden sprain in neck region. The pain also radiates in right hand when I raise my hand up and down.also it pain when I move my neck right left and up and down as well. It's been 4 days the pain is not gone and also I am not able to sleep completely as any movement in neck while sleeping causes pain and disturbs sleep. As I am allergic to nsaids medicine exception of etoricoxib and piroxicam only. Kindly suggest any medicines to relieve the pain . please reply as soon as possible.

Hi I am 36 old.. I had a black spot beside forehead found today.. It is hard and black colour. I dnt feel it is like a mole. Plz let me know what is it. And y it happen so. . My medical history is below Sufferd from tb lymphoneds. 9 month course done . Now cleared.. It's is completed in  may2025. After that I had nerve prblm frm neck to shoulder and then to arm. And numbness in ring and little finger on both hands. And I get pain around ear and then to one side of head.. Seems. Like. Maigraine And saiatic in l4 l5 s1. And sinus too. I had Adinode in nose. And had swollen between index and thumb finger in both hands.. Plz suggest me sir

Dear doctor, I m burping more from last 15 days ... I have breakfast around 9 am , lunch around 1 pm and dinner around 7:30 pm and I do walking generally during night time after dinner.. how ever I notice more burping just before lunch or dinner .. please advise
