My BP is fluctuating 140/90 to 150/90. Do I need to start medication as I did full body check up and got to know my H1b1c is 5.8 triglyceride 160 thyroid TSH is 5.3 some pain in both legs toe so CRP is 7.8. Based on please guide what should I do? My age is 35 yrs.

The first arv vaccine i have taken is between 1 feb to 1 march 2024 after that i have taken two booster dose on 19 april and 22 april 2026 from the last 15 days i used to play with a unvaccinated street puppy age 3 months she bited me frequently and scratched me frequently i had blood came from bite and scratch and i just washed that wound and scratch normally for few seconds under 10-15 seconds and then today on 5 july night 1 am she died suddenly she was ill from the last night not eating or drinking anything so what should i do is i am safe with rabbies regarding this senario i am uploading the pictures of my previous bite and scratches

After 2.5 km per day running and phisical leg workout from past 14 days my both legs ankles swelling without  pain. My bp is 140/90 and creatine and other blood and urine samples are normal also liver test is normal and some reports attached with this please check.. How can i manage this. Can i continue the workout because there is no pain on the ankeles only swelling..

Hello doctor I'm a 34yr old woman. I got my blood test done randomly, and my TSH came out 7.5.. vitamin d was 5.8..I consulted a doctor.. she gave me vitamin d shots oral 60,000 for 5 days and then once per month. She also gave eltroxin 50mg. It's been 2 months that I'm following this dose.. but now I'm facing a severe hair fall from last 10-15 days. Please let me know if i need to lower my eltroxin dose. Can this transmission hiv? I'm worried that maybe that note had some infected body fluids. • That person is HIV positive.

I take care of street dog from the last 3 months i am takeing care of street puppie's one of them became ill suddenly last evening not eating or drinking very quite and low chewing her mouth without anything in it and crying when i try to pick her up or touch her very very unusual behaviour And i have been scratched and bitten by her many times on my leg and biceps couple of times she sneezed near my mouth also which i felt properly. My vaccineation-5arv in april 2024,1 in dec 2024 3 arv in mid 2025 1 nov 2025 and 2 pre booste on 19 april 15 days after their birth i have't washed those scratches or bites properly and i am having sore throat from the last 2 days without any reason so what should i do now is i am safe or in danger? Hello doctor. I had completed my full Anti Rabies Vaccine (ARV) schedule earlier, with my last regular dose on 07/12/2025. Later, I took booster doses on 06/03/2026 and 09/03/2026. I also received one additional ARV booster dose on 02/04/2026. About 1 month ago, while I was in my village, a small bat briefly touched my hand while flying past when I came outside at night. I felt only a soft touch and did not clearly notice any bite or scratch at that moment. Later I noticed a small superficial scratch near my thumb and became worried that the bat may possibly have caused a minor unnoticed scratch or may have touched near an existing small wound. Today, my friend was feeding a street dog biscuits and some moisture from the dog's nose touched his hand. He then touched my phone, and later I touched the same phone and accidentally touched my eyes with my fingers. I am worried whether this indirect contact could pose any rabies risk.
