Nutrient supplements are good till there is deficiency,  but over dose caused particularly by supplements,  can cause hypervitaminosis, minerals toxicity. This can manifest as digestive issues, rashes . In severe cases organ damage can occur. Therefore supplements can be stopped if objectively normal levels are seen on testing or clinically one  feels better.

Hey there See continuing all three supplements indefinitely is not recommended without reviewing her indications and doses. Excess calcium and vitamin D may cause hypercalcemia, constipation Excessive vitamin B6 over prolonged periods can cause peripheral neuropathy. Supplements are generally safe when taken in appropriate doses for a specific indication, but prolonged use of multiple overlapping formulations may lead to unnecessary excess intake and side effects
Next Steps
you can consult with me through practo app I can help you in better way. firstly you need to provide history of her in detail you can contact me so I can guide you further

Your current vitamin D, calcium, zinc and B-complex combination is generally safe to continue long-term alongside metformin, especially given your limited diet. Low MCV and MCH on your blood count usually point to iron deficiency rather than to these supplements themselves, and your normal LFTs suggest your liver is handling them well.
Next Steps
Ask your physician to check iron studies, including ferritin, and repeat the CBC at your next visit to clarify the mild anaemia. Keep taking your thyroid, blood pressure and diabetes medicines as prescribed; these multivitamins don't usually interact with them.
Health Tips
Flag any new muscle weakness, unusual bruising or worsening appetite to your doctor, since these can signal an excess rather than a deficiency.
