Blooding during stool pass when in morning I go to toilet in my rectam outer skin blood since 20 days

Last two days fever. yesterday evening took medicine ie. Chestencold, wingestic MR with aciloc. After sometime fever gone but in early morning around 4am again fever came. And same it is. Please suggest remedy.

What will happen if someone take injectable typhoid vaccine during typhoid? it is not effective during typhoid ? or it causes something wrong ?

I usually have a history of high blood pressure and I take Prolomet AM 25 daily at night time before sleeping. Do i need to worry as of now or observe for couple of days?
