Last Saturday I urinated 2 times like black coffie. But after increasing the intake of water it went normal within a day. A week ago also felt pain in my left bottom back. I also started feeling weak on that weekend Could you please advice me why I urinated like Coke colour ? Now everything  normal no pain nothing

Yesterday I went to doctor and diagnosis was increased triglycerides level and bp as well , I also have fatty liver , bladder irritation doctor gave me pottasium citrate and citric acid oral solution.Please tell me how to take it ? ASAP

My tsh level is 0.60, I'm under weight. I have all the symptoms of hyperthyroidism, heart palpitations, weight loss,hair loss,increased sweating etc...stomach issues also,it means hyperthyroidism ? I have no swelling in neck.

Hi doctor, I was having stomach infection and worms 10 months ago I had taken bandy plus tablets for 7 days After that I had recurrent pneumonia so I was on antibiotics again but my stomach issues started again doctor suggested it's may antibiotics side effects so I am taking probiotics from 15 days but my stomach issues and loss of energy and anxiety is not going still , I am still having stomach issues, diarrhea and anxiety what to I do now , I am worried

I have taken 5 arv vaccine in feb 2024 then i have taken 1 booster dose in dec 2024 after that i have taken 3 arv vaccine in between first quater or mid of 2025 then i have taken 1 single vaccine in 3rd quater of 2025 after that i have taken 2 vaccine in april 2026 now a puppy has bited me many times and scratched me also many times she died in front of my eyes suddenly after not eating anayhting for 24 hours i am very tensed right now so what should i do is a am safe regarding this senario or should i take more vaccine i also have not washed that scratches that time but now after her death i washed all the new old scracthces bites and applied betadine on them pls help me pls

Hello Doctor, Please read my query carefully. I was previously rabies intradermal ID vaccinated from a government medical 3 months before. Again on re exposure i started vaccination ID again on 23jun 2026. Completed 0,3,7 and one dose left which is on 21st July 2026. But one street cat leaked my wound on 5th July 2026. I can't also check the cat as its a stray street cat. So what will i do now. I am very much confused. And anxiety. Should i restart the vaccine again? Please help me.
