Could anyone please tell whether I have abnormal ecg . When i asked chatgpt it indicates that my leads in v1 and v2 misplaced in incorrect chest area and that should be the reason for incomplete rbbb in my ecg.. I checked with my doctor and he said no need to panic . Please analyse my ecg

Hi doctor l am experiencing brain heaviness and dizziness..unable to concentrate from past 15 days..: sometimes i feel numbness on the left hand and leg and Cant tolerate any sounds brain starts pressure.  I visited doctor. he gave me tablets for vertigo and Tryptomer 25mg and triptolol 40/10 mg and naxdon 500 but nothing is working for me. Still brain heaviness is there..can you please suggest some tablets thanks

Hello Doctor, I have been having quite a lot of difficulty focusing for the past several days. For example, when I meet a new person, I can see and interact with them at the time, but when I meet them again after a few days, I sometimes cannot recognize their face or remember who they are. I am also finding it difficult to concentrate on almost anything. It feels like my mind is constantly occupied with thoughts, and sometimes I feel as if there is a kind of dizziness or something moving/going on in my head. Because of this, I am concerned that there might be an underlying issue. Could you please advise me on what might be causing these symptoms and what I should do about them? Please let me know if I should come in for a consultation or get any tests done.

I have had intermittent episodes of throat irritation followed by coughing and a choking sensation since 2020. During episodes, breathing feels as if it does not clear properly, sometimes making me feel I may collapse, but it settles after some time. Episodes are more frequent in the morning/before 2 PM and may be triggered by going outdoors, balcony exposure, trees, dust, pollution, or humid/rainy weather. No usual chest pain or wheezing. Sometimes episodes occur after brushing teeth in the morning. I had an HRCT chest in Sept 2020 for similar symptoms. I would like evaluation for allergy, asthma/airway hyperreactivity, laryngeal sensitivity, post-nasal drip, reflux, or other airway problems.

Hi Dr, i just had renerve plus injection when i went for loose stool issue. My question is, if i take a vitamin B blood test now, will that be valid result or should i have to wait for X days/weeks before checking the Vit B level? Thanks

Hello Doctor, my previous blood tests showed Vitamin B12 = 167 pg/mL and Vitamin D = 13 ng/mL. I came across these results and, after checking online, I started taking Nurokind-OD and Uprise-D3 on my own for 2 months. However, due to irregularity, I ended up taking the 2-month course over a period of around 6 months. Should I get my B12 and Vitamin D levels checked now, or should I restart and complete a regular 2-month course first and then get the tests done? Please advise me on what would be best.
