I am in a huge confusion. My doctor is not responding. I am Anti TPO positive. While I was on thyronorm 88mcg my tsh level increased to 3.87 from 2 and then started taking 100mcg as per doctor's advice. Now roughly after 2-2.5months today my tsh dropped to 0.26. I am also actively trying to conceive. Which dose should I continue with? Please guide me!

Your TSH has dropped to 0.26 after increasing Thyronorm to 100 mcg, suggesting possible over-replacement. Please consult an through proper online appointment promptly for dose adjustment rather than changing the dose yourself.
Get your TSH and Free T4 checked. Since you are actively trying to conceive, maintaining optimal thyroid levels is important; a preconception TSH target of around 0.5–2.5 mIU/L is generally recommended.
If your tsh with in normal limit on 88mcg.
No need to increase the dose even if anti-Tpo positive.
If planning to conceive, increase dose by 25%.
Repeat TFT after 6wks.
A TSH of 0.26 is now below the normal range, which usually means your current dose has overcorrected, not that you need more. This matters more right now because you're actively trying to conceive, and both a high and a very low TSH can affect conception. This needs your doctor's direct input rather than a guess from either of us.
Next Steps
Since your doctor isn't responding, please book with another endocrinologist or your gynaecologist soon rather than waiting. When trying to conceive, doctors usually aim to keep TSH below 2.5, so your dose will likely need adjusting and rechecking in 6 to 8 weeks.
Health Tips
Please don't change your dose yourself based on today's result alone, since this needs a doctor adjusting it over a couple of blood tests, not a one-time call.
