25mcg is wrong dose.
U need at least 75mcg one before breakfast. Add calcium as thyroxin is calcium depleting agent so bone becomes weak.

I am assuming from the information you have given that you are taking 25mcg for 1 year yet tsh levels are 6.95. Hence you can increase the dose to 50mcg and check tsh levels after 3 months.
If you are planning another pregnancy the dose may need to be increased else you can continue with the dose you are taking and repeat the test after about two months.
